Does this flask have a drinking cup?

No but it has a separate lip which means that you can drink directly from the flask and it works well.

CAn i put this in the dishwasher?

Do not put in a dishwasher. I put the cap in the dishwasher and the external metal came away from the plastic screw cap. It appeared to have been secured with hot glue and the temperature of the dishwasher had softened this. I have used two part adhesive to fix and will hand wash in future.

is this a bright lime green because some look a dull matt colour green

It's a good strong lime green with a shiny finish. Not a neon lime.

can you drink from the 300ml flask like a mug?

Yes definitely, I use mine for a brew on the train to work, out walking the dog etc. It has a removable plastic ring, that can be washed, on the inside of the rim to prevent you burning your lip.It's a great flask, strong, durable and I've had no issues with leaks like other flasks in the past.Worth the money and one of the best you can buy in terms of value in my opinion.
