Great value and works great.
Does exactly what I wanted it to do. I have the benefit of a caffeine energy boost and no coffee(my usual source) side effects. I take one a day and it's enough to get through the work day. No stomach problems or teeth staining. Great value.

Great Item
Great item. I usually take 400mg after getting drunk the last evening and it keeps me going through the day. As a warning however do not take more than 400mg per day, as not only is it dangerous to take this much and bad for your heart, you will also experience severe nausea and in some cases you will be vomiting several times. 400mg is the definite sweet spot!

Good boost to my workout
I bought these supplements to help me perform better during my workouts. I do a mixture of HIIT and lifting weights. I certainly feel more motivated and energetic after taking one of these. I don't get any stomach upset or jitteriness like I do with coffee. It's hard to say if I actually do train better/harder after taking one of these, but training certainly feels a little easier. I'd be careful with these - taking more than 1 could make you feel quite unwell. I've given these 4 stars just because the pills don't taste very pleasant. That's not really a problem if you swallow them quickly with a drink of water. Just don't leave them in your mouth for too long.

I LOVE THESEEEE!!!! Take one of them round 11 am and can leave me energised till 9pm easily. If you have trouble swallowing it just chew it does the trick.

Not 100% caffeine. Not even the first ingredient
Disappointed to see that the product contains bulking agents and anti caking agents. My fault for not checking ingredients.

Perfect value
Works out a lot cheaper than coffee, dosage is as described. Only complaint is it tastes a bit yucky but just swallow it down with water.
