We wanted the digital frame to display .jpg photos which we had on a USB stick, this it will not do as it would "not accept the media"The instruction book is of very limited use and only refers to video clips.We suspect that the item had already been opened and returned before as when we turned on the frame the unit displayed a date of about a month ago.We have returned the item

Easy to use
Very easy to use. I put over 750 photos and they came out nice and clear. I like being able to read the comments of the photos and the date they were taken, which you just click on.

Lovely picture, sound not to good but might be the fact that the delivery person threw this item over my six foot gate.

Blanks off after a while... odd
User manual is limited. Stops playing the photo slide show after 10-20mins. No instructions to explain why or how to overcome this.The manufacturer website does not have a user guide section I could find.Very hit and miss. Would love help, and have messaged the website for support today.

Thankyou... great present for my Granada’s during lockdown for a gift. Came on time. Good simple product for those who love watching memorys
