Great place to start if you're interested in learning about the flower remedies and how to use them. Each remedy is described based on personalities, traits, or thought patterns it can help with. It has helped me to narrow down a few to start with instead of feeling like I *need* almost all of them. It also gave a better description than I had previously found for Rescue Remedy, which convinced me to try it for myself as well as my ADHD son. It has helped both of us on multiple occasions.
