Got fabric to paint? use Tulip
The best fabric paint I've used is Tulip. Whatever the colour or style, they're the best so far, and I've tried a few I can tell you. But none are (in my opinion) comparable to Tulip fabric paints.The t-shirt (photo attached) has been done using only Tulip fabric paints. Mainly puffy paint - to get a 3d skull effect and overlaid (after getting the puffy stuff raised with a steam iron) with slick colours and glow in the dark, for the extra freak factor.Nearly time to get 'him' out again, to frighten a few more shoppers, lol

Works well. I used to paint over a washed out/faded silver puffa coat and it has helped but it hasn't covered the entire thing in a rich colour. I think i will just need to do two coats of paint!

Great metallic color!
I can never make puff paint puff, but I love the color and it washes and dries beautifully!! The color is what I needed more than the puffiness anyways.

Dried quickly, puffed up
Worked well and dried puffy. I will say that a larger area is harder to get "even" without showing the strokes from filling it in so we mostly used it for raised dotting.
