I’ve reached that certain age where the female body decides it wants to make you feel a bit rubbish at times (I’m 49) I have been suffering from night sweats and generally feeling very warm all of the time for about 18 months. I had tried sage which worked for a while, then I read about Mexican Yam so ordered these.I’ve been taking them for a couple of weeks now and I have to say WOW! My night sweats have gone. I no longer feel hot and sticky all of the time. I actually feel these beauties have regulated my body temperature. It feels amazing. 🤗

I had struggled with hot flushes for some time, mine were so extreme that it was starting to affect my mental health. A friend told me about Mexican yam cream and tablets. I tried the cream but saw no improvement, I then tried the tablets. The first bit of advice is persist if you don't see immediate results. It took about a week for me to notice a change and after about ten days the change was dramatic. I really can not live without my daily dose of 2 tablets. I still get mild flushes but nothing I can't cope with, I would encourage anyone experiencing problematic hot flushes to give this a go.

Bought this item after frantically searching for an alternative to HRT, on line.After suffering with hot flashes/ flushes, I found respite in this item within 10 minutes of taking it.It would have scored 5 stars if the effects lasted longer than expected.For me, it lasts a 2-3 hours, but worth it. My anxiety levels become greatly reduced.No nasty side effects. On my 4th bottle.

I am very happy with this product As it helps me with my hormonal troubles, it makes me feel full of energy and very well in general.

There are some inappropriate categories for revising this product eg thickness etc. Not sure how I can comment on the thickness and warmth of this product 🤷🏽🤷🏽 Anyway I don’t seem to notice any difference with this product and I normally notice changes once I start taking a natural remedy. Not in this case so I returned to Vitex and milk thistle. Will continue to take it though.

To my horror in October I experienced post-menopausal bleeding. I did not like what the hospital I was referred to proposed to do, so sought other methods of dealing with it. AFter one month of bleeding every day, and getting worse, I heard from a friend in US that when it happened to her she was put on a week of progesterone. Of course I was not offered that here, so bought Mexican Yam (a natural source). Took 3 a day for two weeks. After one week bleeding stopped and has not returned. Have now stopped them to see what happens. Thank God for tinternet!
