After having LVL (curling and dyeing) treatment on my lashes numerous times in the past couple of years, I had to stop for a while because my lashes were beginning to thin. It's a great treatment and lifts and darkens the lashes, but I guess that prolonged treatment with the chemicals eventually does some damage ( oh, the things we women put ourselves through to feel good about ourselves ! ) 😊 Anyway, I began searching online for something to treat my eyelashes with to help restore them to their former condition..or at least, get them back to somewhere near where they were before. I looked at several makes that all had varying prices, but as I had never tried anything like this before, I didn't want to be paying big money for something that might or might not have worked. Came across Lotus Eyelash and Eyebrow Serum, read a few reviews, looked at the price..and decided that it would be worth a shot. How clever am I? I picked exactly the right thing! I always have a healthy dose of scepticism when trying things like this, I have purchased goods online before that promised all sorts of wonderful things , and have been very disappointed when they didn't. But this works ! At least, for me it did.it arrived on a Sunday morning very well packaged, and at first I felt a little let down that it was such a small tube...didn't think that amount was going to achieve much. But, I put some serum on my lashes straight away, the very fine brush allows you to do this easily. It dos say you can use once or twice daily, but what I did was use once a day but apply it to the top part of the eye root ( like applying eyeliner) then lifting the eyelid, apply it to the underneath part of the eye root along the waterline. No problems with discomfort or stinging so carried on doing this everyday for a week. By about the Wednesday, I did notice that when I lifted my eyelid to do the waterline roots that the lashes seemed to be a bit thicker, but didn't know if it was my imagination or not. I don't wear eye make up everyday as I work in a hospital and we aren't allowed to, so it wasn't until the Saturday (almost a week after first applying ) when I put a little mascara on that I could see the result....my eyelashes were definitely thicker AND longer! So much so, my sister asked me what mascara I was using to make my lashes look so good. I love this, my eyes look great without eye make up on..it has certainly had a noticeable effect, but they look fantastic with a bit of mascara on. My eyelashes are back to their former glory...maybe even better, but I have always had straight lashes..no amount of curling mascara keeps them curly, so I have booked another LVL session for this coming week, and I can't wait to see how my eyelashes look when they are curled, longer and thicker. Wonderful product! Noticed a difference within a couple of days and my mum has even asked me to get some for her for her birthday. I would definitely recommend. The only reason I haven't given this product 5 stars is because I found that it doesn't last very long. However, for the price it is currently being sold for i find that you get a fair amount for what you've paid.

I've used the product for two weeks before posting my review. It says on the packaging that some people see results after a week already, so I thought two might be enough to notice a change. Honestly, I'm not sure there is one. I've been diligently applying the product morning and evening and even though eyelashes on my left eye seem slightly fuller, I would say they have become thinner on my right eye! Even my husband said the same after I showed him my before/after photos. I had some eyelash fallout which I thought was weird since I haven't worn any makeup during that period, so it's not like mascara affected it or something. Also, the product is drying out my skin, there is a clear flaky line along my lash line where I was applying the product. It makes my eyelids sensitive to touch. I will keep using it until it runs out, in hopes that maybe it improves with more time, but not sure I will rebuy.

I bought this product as I was running low on my current lash serum, due to the excellent reviews & price, I also bought one for my Mum. However I have used it twice & it caused tears to stream from both eyes each time! I have called my elderly Mum & told her not to use the other one I purchased. I will contact seller to get their advice as the pack says 100% guarantee. I will go back to my previous brand. Update ... seller has contacted me & offered a different product or full refund so top marks for service! This product did not suit but 5 stars for customer service, product replaced (refund also offered). Thank you Sam!

I've always used a waterproof mascara daily as I have very straight lashes and it was the only thing to hold the curl. Recently my lashes where falling out quicker than they where growing back so developed a bald spot in my upper lash line. I switched to a regular mascara and we used to try this product as well to give my lashes a break! I can honestly say my lashes have never been in such good condition. They are definitely longer and I have less fall out, they look amazing! I've stopped feeling like I need the waterproof mascara at all as I don't need it. My fiancee thought I was wearing false lashes the other day so goes to show the difference it has made. I still wear regular mascara as my lashes are quite fine but I'm very happy with the result. I purchase this as I had individual lashes on for a while and my own had thinned. Used everyday for a week and the difference was so noticeable!! People still think I have fake lashes but I don’t it was all this serum. They have never been this long and thick before!

Been using this for 12 months & it works, however my last order ( a few months ago)was empty, no serum in tube at all. Too late to send product back & i will not be purchasing again.

Love this product. There was a noticeable difference in my eyelashes after about 4 weeks. My lashes weren't bad to start with, however they were longer and certainly fuller after using Lotus. When wearing mascara, a few people have thought I'm wearing false lashes. Would recommend.
