It has all sorts of benefits and I was skeptical when a friend told me his severe reflux has been pretty non existent for 2 years now since taking this every day. I took it everyday for the first month (not for the faint hearted...) and now only take it every other day or mainly when I remember to! This has changed my life and I'm no longer afraid of certain foods and haven't had a bad episode of reflux or heartburn for weeks now. Obviously this may not work for everyone but please try it. I usually mix a jar (old jam jar) of 2 parts cider/2 parts water/1 part honey which I use for the week and take 2 good mouthfuls a day. At the beginning it is a quite a shock and you can't see how this can help but do persevere. I also bought a bottle for my niece who has dreadful heartburn and I will keep taking it for the forseeable. Very happy bunny!

This Cidar Vinegar has a rich, full taste and makes a lovely pre- breakfast drink whe mixed with a teaspoon of honey and warm water. I bought it before and tried others in the interim. This is definitely my favourite. I use it to help keep my digestion right. Very good product - would recommend.

A friend had told me that apple cider vinegar in warm water with a spoonful of honey, 2 - 3 times Dailey might help my osteoarthritis pain. Anyone with this condition will know you will try most things. I have only been taking it for a few days so it is a bit early to judge its effects. I had been advised to make sure I chose a product that contained all the ingredients that you list. Pipkin Apple Cider Vinegar is Great!! The 'MOTHER' was all mixed in at first glance, but after settling there was plenty to feast the eyes on. In my humble opinion, Pipkin is AS GOOD AND ON EQUAL PAR with the more famed brand 'Braggs', which i had been a consumer of for years. Due to pricing hikes i sought to find an alternative at a Good price. FOUND IT!! So long as the price remains the same here i shall buy again on a regular basis.

I'm a firm belief in the benefits of cider apple vinegar and Pipkin's is as good as any I have tasted, and better than many. It seems to have a smoother finish and doesn't feel as though it is burning the back of the throat on the way down. I also appreciated the detox tip that came with it; ie with warm / hot water and a touch of Manuka honey, although I use Maple syrup. Overall very satisfied with the quality, price and delivery.
