I take one a day and occasionally two if I feel symptoms of a cold starting, with my breakfast. Love the NO ADDITIVES, does not upset the stomach and no after taste, perfect if one does not like drinking the liquid but still want all the benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar. I have tried other tablet style which are not as good so I will definitely be buying ONLY this product from now on.

Arrived promptly when ordered. The capsules are a good size and because of their size and shape easily swallowed. Some similar products are the size of horse pills but because these are small and capsule shaped they are much easier to use. The effects need to be measured over a long period of time (well that is what I am using them for anyway) so 120 capsules is a couple of months after which I will order some more as I probably need 6 months to check their effectiveness.Good product and good service.

I got these as I was having issues with a swollen leg and lymph nodes that weren't doing their job and from taking it for 3 weeks the difference is highly noticeable.The swollen effect has decreased in a huge way and, when I remember to take them they are quick and easy to take.They work well with my body and I'm glad I chose this option rather than the liquid

I started taking these 6 months ago. After 3 months I ran out and waited 2 weeks beforeally I had them. The reason I am telling you this us in those 2 weeks I b really missed not having them. Stomach felt stodgy food wasn't going down as weLlandudno as before and my body just missed them so I rate these highly important and beneficial. 2 capsules a day. ok hear comes the truth 1st i am not getting paid for this review and with hand on my heart this is how it has changed my life i am 81 years of age very crippled with arthritis also trapped nerve in my spine thought i would try these out of desperation,first 2 weeks nothing i thought hear we go again wasteing money took 3 every morning with my breakfast 3rd week started to sleep longer instead of through the night waking up im sleeping till after 8 am and i have cleaned my back kitchen 3 times now which i couldnt do before i have a cleaner that comes in twice a week to clean my house and she was shocked to see my kitchen all nice and clean so what im trying to say is any one that goes on these capsuls give it a chance at least a month i wouldnt be with out them now good luck
