How do you Fix the angle ?

What's the maximum height of this footrest? In description, it says 15.2cm position so is this the max height?

That is the height when both foot rests are level , obviously when you start to use it they go up. At the highest level when using it , it is about 20cm. Hope this makes sense and helps.
