I have bought at least 4 other brushes, trying to avoid the cost of buying this one. I was convinced that there can’t be much difference between them and that a cheaper one would work as well, but that was a mistake! This brush works a million times better, my Havapoo never has mats anymore. She has a long, double coat that is very prone to matting and other brushes have just not succeeded at keeping them at bay but this brush kind of teases them out. It doesn’t drag on the coat, it kind of lifts it up in loads of sections at the same time. I know that this one will last a lifetime and that I’ll never have to buy another one, which overall will save me money. I can also leave it longer between grooms because she never has mats anymore.
