clear sound quality and no issues at all with my aging computer. Easy and fast connection, pluged in and started recording.works fine with Ubuntu. I recorded audios with audacity. listening to the file both on my laptop and on my phone. Great michrophone at this price!

I bought this for an online video lesson for kids. The mic is simple to use and good size for children. The sound from the mic is clear. Great product!

I can't comment on the quality of this compared to other cardioid condenser USB mics; it's cheap, so it's probably not great. However if you want to improve your audio quality for VoIP calls, this works well. Make sure you know what you're getting into: it takes up desk space and you need to speak into it (I have it in front of me at a distance of around 30-40cm from my mouth), so it's unlike laptop or speakerphone mics. The benefits are improved clarity of voice and a very noticeable reduction in background noise. The tradeoff is its static position: this won't work well at all if you need to move around while you talk (get a headset instead).Sidenote: I use this on Linux, and it works flawlessly. ALSA/PulseAudio recognise it immediately (`arecord --list-devices` shows it as a generic "USB Microphone") and it works as expected with Slack, Skype, Audacity etc. with no extra drivers. I find that with it unamplified I need to lean forward a bit, so in alsamixer I set the gain to +9 dB. Because it does a great job at ignoring background noise there's no problem amplifying it.The only flaws I can see so far are the overall cheap feel (to be expected at this price) and the plastic clacky-ness of the mute button. There is no subtle way to mute this on a call, it makes an obvious noise when muting and un-muting. Therefore you'll probably stick to the software mute you already use and may as well not have the button on the mic.One final note: the screw mount for the included tripod is the standard 5/8" type so if you wanted to you could easily mount this on a swing arm instead of the included tripod.

For my grandson to stream. He said the sound quality is excellent and it was easy to set up.

Great sound quality -- this mic easily rivals my £80 Studio Series mic I bought a few years ago. It sits at exactly the right height on a desk, and can be put on a mic stand if need be. It has, as you can see in the photos, a port for using as a headphone connector.. great if your computer is far from you. I use this mic to record my podcast, Dive In, so you can hear a test there.

I opted for this mic for the production of YouTube videos having previously used a mix of a Plantronics USB Headset and my mobile phone headset - both of which work but lack a professional sound. This product looks nice on the desk, has a little tripod and the top can be adjusted to the correct angle. Using on a Windows 10 system, it installed very quick using the Micro USB - USB lead but recording levels are a little lower than I expected - a quick search online demonstrates this is a Windows 10 issue and common even with more expensive mics. There is a 3.5mm jack on the rear which CANNOT be utilized for recording purposes - the device is registered also as a playback device and this is what the 3.5mm jack is for. I've been unable to test on my Android phone due to the supplied cable being a Micro USB to Micro USB - I'd recommend that this cable is replaced with a Micro USB to USB-C going forward as the current standard for Android handsets.

I have had a few mics and this one has blown me away. i have a Blue Yeti and this actually sounds better in my opinion, its small and light weight and has a clean design. if you're looking for a new mic but don't wanna spend too much cash, this is the one right here.

Ich weiss der Vergleich ist sehr seltsam ein Mikrofon zu wählen was ca 4x!! soviel kostet wie das 1byone aber.. glaubt mir das Ergebnis ist wirklich beeindruckend.Das 1byone sollte eigentlich nur als 2 Mikrofon dienen um im Discord oder Skype eine ordentliche Sprachqualität zu bieten. Am Ende hatte sich rausgestellt das das 1byone selbst bei einem ca 120€ teurem Mikrofon (Blue Yeti) keine schlechte Figur macht.Der Klang ist sehr ausgewogen, detailreich und vorallem nicht zu basslastig was viele Mikrofone gerne sind.Das Blue Yeti was auf YouTube usw sooooo stark beworben wird ist so find ich natürlich etwas besser ABER es ist im Vergleich wie als wenn man mit einem Porsche und einem Twingo ein Rennen macht... Aber beide nur 30kmh fahren dürfen. Der Porsche wird natürlich gewinnen weil er schneller wegkommt aber viel bringen wird das nicht... Genauso ist das bei diesen beiden Mikrofonen. Es unterscheidet sich kaum etwas. Die Stimme ist etwas detaillierter aber auch nicht so extrem das man einen nennenswerten Unterschied hat..Für 30€ unfassbar gut und sehr empfehlenswert! Wer mehr Qualität will sollte vom USB weggehen und sich Mikro + Verstärker kaufen um bessere Qualität zu erreichen!Für mich mehr als empfehlenswert sei es für Skype etc oder für Livestream usw. 5/5Für ASMR oder Konferenzen eher weniger da dort der Surround Sound einfach komplett wegfehlt da das Mikrofon NUR in eine Richtung aufnimmt.

J'ai des micros Rode et honnêtement pour faire de la voix off sur mes vidéos je ne voix aucune différence avec mes Rode mieux je pense même avoir un son un peu meilleur plus neutre !Le design est sympa le pied est fourni cela évite de se casser la tête à en chercher qui aille avec !le prix 33€ (32,99) est très serré de mon point de vue compte tenu de la qualité audio de ce micro !En plus la finition est nickel avec un 1 sur la grille (on est le Number one - sourire) et on a un petit bouton pour couper le son pour éviter de faire du bruit parasite !Que demander de plus ?

The media could not be loaded.  Suelo hacer colaboraciones para algunos podcasts de economía e historia y ya iba siendo hora de jubilar mi viejo micrófono de estudio, tras ocho años de uso. He probado de conocidos y amigos unos cuantos y de este concretamente me sedujo que su "hermano mayor" tenía buenas reviews, este sin embargo era más pequeño e incorporaba un trípode, por lo cual me decidí ipso facto a pedirlos por unos escasos 60 euros.Lo he probado experimentalmente una semana completa y ya he grabado mi parte en dos podcasts con éxito, con la bastante experiencia para escribir esto que lees, el balance coste/calidad merece las cinco estrellas, a regañadientes de que no es perfecto, pero simplemente funciona y graba a una calidad muy muy decente, no como para grabar instrumentos de estudio o voces con fines de producción musical, pero sí podcasts con la máxima calidad, en otras palabras, está hecho para podcasts (añado al final del vídeo una muestra de voz a 320 kbps, sin filtro anti pop y a unos 25 cm del micro). El micro presenta un diseño de rejilla con el logo en forma de chapa metálica lacada en negra justo delante, la parte trasera es para las conexiones, microUSB y un jack de 3,5 para conectar unos auriculares. Justo arriba hay un interruptor para cancelar la grabación de audio (se ilumina en rojo) o proseguir con el micro abierto (se ilumina un led azul); esta parte trasera realizada en plástico brillante que suele ensuciarse bastante con la huella de los dedos y el polvo (algo feo, la verdad). El micro en sí es muy ligero, nada que ver con aquellos micros cardioides de estudio que pesaban muchísimo. El trípode si es pesado para ofrecer estabilidad y que no vuelque a la mínima, es lo bastante estable para sostenerse fijo, además tiene las patas engomadas que aporta un plus de sujeción. Cabe citar que viene con dos cables de calidad standard, uno microUSB a USB standard (para conectarlo al ordenador u otro sistema USB de toda la vida) y además un cable microUSB doble, perfecto para conectarlo a una tableta o un móvil con puerto microUSB, algo muy interesante para realizar podcast al aire libre, esto es algo que me ha sorprendido gratamente. Las instrucciones vienen en varios idiomas, y por supuesto en castellano, lo cual se agradece bastante, pese a que el manejo es lo suficientemente intuitivo como para no recurrir a ellas, siempre se agradecen para ampliar sobre su uso y funciones. El micro se adapta al trípode con una rosca bastante robusta de acero, todo muy estable, sin holguras de ningún tipo. El micro se conecta sin drivers en Windows 7, reconocible por la mayoría de software de sonido disponible, al menos no he tenido problemas en ese aspecto.1¿Que echo en falta o qué añadiría para que fuera perfecto? Un filtro anti pop vendría realmente bien, el que tengo no es compatible con este micro, una pena. Una espuma tampoco vendría mal que la añadiera, sobretodo si ya trae cable doble microUSB y se da por hecho que se hace para posibilitar grabar en exteriores, es algo que creo complementario al cable. Si añadiera una de estas cosas se convertiría en el pack perfecto para tener una pequeña estación de grabación. Otro detalle que noto es que con mi otro micro solía grabar al 80% y se oía bajo, había que estar a 7 cm de distancia, este graba al 30% y se escuchan los pops bastante, con lo cual proporciona más libertad pero se oye cualquier ruido bastante, lo cual me va a obligar a grabar en lugares más insonoros o a aislar mejor mi espacio de trabajo.A salvedad de ese detalle, estoy bastante contento y confío en que me sirva muchos años para realizar grabaciones y mis colaboraciones habituales en medios. Por supuesto, es un producto que recomiendo.

Appena aperto e preso sembra fatto di una pessima plastica, il cavo arriva fastidiosamente ingrovigliato e rigido, c'è una prese jack per le cuffie, trepiedi molto resistente e ben fatto, cosa che non si può dire per il gancio tra il microfono e il trepiedi che sembra davvero molto debole, l'audio è discreto e vale quello che costa, forse no, se messo davanti ad una distanza di 40cm dalla bocca parlando ad un tono medio si sente bene, purtroppo prende i rumori di sottofondo fin troppo bene. Alla fine dei conti un microfono troppo costoso per il valore che potrebbe avere.
