Good Quality - size deceiving
The item is of a good quality, but much smaller than expected

Small toy for what it is, seller didn't honour refund
Received the plush toy. Seemed pretty insubstantial for a 12" toy, and given the premium price (though there is nothing wrong with the quality of the toy). I ended up finding a 13.5" version from elsewhere that seemed substantially more impressive for about the same price. Seller approved a return, but although the return delivery was tracked and confirmed by Royal Mail, I can't find any evidence that I have been refunded, and in Amazon app the return status still seems to be stuck on Return Approved, not completed or refunded.
