No more cold hands & feet
I've been taking one of these every day now for 6 weeks alongside 25mg of Zinc. My hair condition has improved so much, I have more energy and no longer have the cold hands & feet I've suffered with most of my life. So wish I'd learnt before about Copper!

It's no fault of the product that I stopped taking it.
OK, but I read that taking copper has serious risks, so it's no being taken at the moment.

Good suppliment in case you are "really" Copper deficient. I had chronic anemia and iron suppliment alone was not working. This was beneficial. I had to take it with food otherwise it left a little metallic taste in mouth & sometimes caused gas or bloated feel. suppliment is authentic. Highly recommend over others.
