I must stress, I have been taking this alongside some other supplements so it's impossible to say whether the improvements I've experienced have been solely down to this one. I have always suffered with PMDD and it has gotten so bad in recent years that I actually had a private consultation where it was agreed I could pay to have a hysterectomy privately after the NHS refused. I suffer throughout most of my cycle with pain in my stomach, back, chest area, head, plus constipation, diarrhoea, nausea and many hormonal symptoms such as fatigue, mood swings, low mood, irritability, fogginess.. the list goes on. I was looking online recently at supplements I could take, based on people who had a similar experience to me and this was one that came frequently recommended. As I said, I can't confirm whether it's solely down to this supplement or not but taking it amongst others has made me feel like a new person. I am still suffering with the symptoms but on nowhere near the same level. I've not been tired for no reason, my head feels clearer, my mood feels more stable and I have more energy. The tablets are fairly large in size but long and smooth so not difficult to swallow, but they have a strong taste so if you leave them on your tongue too long before drinking the water it doesn't taste very nice. Overall I would recommend these tablets to anyone suffering with menstrual issues. I will definitely be buying them again before I run out!

This definitely works for me, helps keep my mood even, if I don't take it daily, I get very very rage filled at the slightest thing. I have tested this product to see if it does work and it definitely works for me. Capsules are rather large so take them with plenty of water.

I regularly purchase this oil for my wife wellness, I think it's my 2 or 3 purchase of the oil. My wife is happy with it.
