Can you use if for eyebrows

Yes! I have dyed black hair and this is perfect! Super pigmented and glides on so nicely. Actual pomades do not glide on this well!

What is the Quality of the brush?

Its actually not bad the problem with gel liners is that they tend to build up on all brushes over time ive found that the hard nylon ones are good for tolerating the build up but are a bit scratcy
