The product was bought as use as a flight attendant ‘s onboard cabin bag so has to stand up to lots of usage and wear and tear.So far it has performed well and stood up to the task at hand. Size is perfect for over night stays and is very easy to manoeuvre. Very sturdy.

Good wheels, easy to manoeuvre, lots of space inside with pockets, padded part for laptop. Happy with my purchase. Much better than a previous trolly, worth the money.

Great bag for price. Good idea to put heavier items in rear compartments as occasionally tips forward. My rubbish picking though, not fault of bag.Great drink cup holder on outer side so minimal chance of leaking inside bag.Plenty of room and compartments so can fit in all my work stuff, including kitchen sink.Definitely buy again.

I purchased this item to attend a business meeting with a computer and other electrical equipment.Upon arrival and greeting previous acquaintances, I placed the unit alongside me and it promptly fell over and lightly struck one of my colleagues (very embarrassing!) which did little for my credibility.I retired and repacked the unit in an attempt to stabilise it,m with little success.This would have continued throughout all of my meetings, had I not propped the case against a table or chair, whilst not in use.I am in the process of claiming a refund for this and have been asked for photographs of the defect ! What good are photographs in this instance? I have now sent a video showing the case falling over when I come to a standstill and the case falls over.Whether this is just a fault with this particular case I do not know, but regretfully it has been a rather embarrassing purchase.

I received this item on 1st March2023 for use in my role as a nurse. I use it daily, Monday to Friday, from the hospital car park to the hospital, a short walk. After 4 months of use in this way one of the wheels has disintegrated with the rubber tyre wearing away and coming off, as seen in the photo. The listing quotes durable wheels designed for the rigours of travelling. I beg to differ.This has not been used in any way that is out of the ordinary. I have contacted the seller via Amazon and await their response.*UPDATE*Within a week of writing this review the supplier has contacted me, agreed a full replacement bag, sent it out and it's been delivered. Cannot fault that for customer service. Let's hope there isn't a repeat issue with the wheels, fingers crossed!
