Epaderm Ointment 500g

I like this product it’s good value for money, ideal for very dry skin can leave on overnight, use as a skin cleaner, Epaderm ointment advertise it’s only 3 ingredient's, is suitable for all ages including babies, fragrance free, colouring, SLS, paraben and steroids. Moisturises and softens the skin, providing a film barrier which aids moisture retention within the skin, I buy this regularly now as I love using when showering, leaves skin so soft.

I have been using this cream for a few weeks, and I am impressed with the results. It absorbs quickly and leaves my skin feeling noticeably soft and hydrated without any greasiness. The texture is smooth, and it has a subtle, pleasant scent. Overall, it has become an essential part of my daily skincare routine.

I've always liked Epaderm although admittedly I always use it with wheatgerm as I like a little more moisturiser. It mixes very well and works great for dry skin. I don't really use it on it's own but because it mixes well and works well on my skin with other oils is the reason why I buy it. It seems to pull in the wheatgerm and feels great especialy in the winter when a little more moisturiser is needed. On it's own it soaks in the skin a little too well that one needes to keep putting it on every so often throughout the day. However, I feel it's a lovely product and will always buy and use with wheatgerm because of the way it pulls the wheatgerm in and the moisturiser effect last longer on the skin - mainly the face and hands.

Epaderm is a good and reliable emollient. I’ve used it for over two years and it keeps the skin soft and less irritated. However, contrary to what the label might suggest, it does not cure or treat psoriasis. It helps with dryness, but that’s all.

Bought due to eczema. Really good for nurturing skin that has had hydrocortisone cream applied and become overly dry.

An excellent product for easy skin care to the body.

It’s very greasy but appears to be working well for dried skin so it’s done it should very thick as well it lasts

Not sure why some people don't rate this. It's recommended by dermatologists. It is greasy and stays on the skin for a long time. That's what it's for. It's not supposed to be like moisturiser that soaks in after a few minutes.

This product is the ultimate! I wish I had pictures of before and after of my 18month old son’s very dry skin! I had used all of the very big brands you can imagine and nothing, absolutely nothing worked. After using Epaderm for less than 10days, it worked like magic! My daughters also use it on their lips when it is chapped. I don’t know what they put in it, but I promise you that it works like magic.
