Both my sons have been taking this supplement since they were 13. They take it each morning with their cod liver oil capsules. It helps them with their development and energy. Both find it easy to swallow even though the tablet is quite large. Both boys have gone through the teen years with minimal skin issues. The quality of the product is quite easy to see with the way in which it is easy to take and does not cause indigestion. There is no real smell which always helps with children. They are value for money when you buy from Amazon as they can be more expensive elsewhere.

Very good vitamin it's helped my son

We noticed my teenager was struggling to get up when he started secondary school, this got more difficult into year 8 so we looked at supplements. My younger children take the wellfit multi vits and find them beneficial so we looked at the next stage of supplements. I must admit even my teen saw the difference and managed 100% attendance last term with no illness but more importantly he was not so groggy in the morning and ready to face a full day so I'd recommend these to anyone.

I bought these for my son and they are very good. It has a great value for money. They’re very easy to swallow. And it gives him lots of energy.

Definitely saw an improvement in my sons sleep pattern and skin! Could see the difference when he stopped to when he was taking them. (Ran out and within a week you could see that they were actually helping him.)
