I'm pleasantly surprised with this light. I worried a little about getting what you pay for given that it's under £30, but in all honesty I think this is a bargain and I'd buy it again. Our electrician fitted it for us and never mentioned any issues with quality, though we did buy new connectors on the recommendation of another reviewer which he seemed to agree was a good idea. The included instructions were a bit vague, so if you have no DIY experience, it would be better to get a professional in. The wires are a bit wobbly from being coiled up as others have mentioned, but warming them gently with a hair dryer helps to straighten them out. It really does look fantastic fitted - a real statement piece over our dining room table. Highly recommended.

While these are reasonably priced they don't feel or look cheap. It is simple to put together. I don't want to be rude but those that had a hard time with it lack a little intelligence, this is not something that requires an electrician. Someone noted that the instructions were not English - this is not true, while there are written instructions in many languages the English version has images which makes the whole task super simple. Overall i think they look great and the 6 arm version was the best choice on this occasion, my kitchen is only 12 foot wide, so any more would have been too much i feel. Obviously when you first hang them all the wires are all skewed and look nothing like the lovely pictures you see on sales pages. To get that natural looking curved hang you will probably need to use your fingers to caress and manipulate the wires. For bulbs i would advise getting those Edison vintage looking bulbs, the ones you see in my picture are too bright i feel. Overall these are well worth the money and look great.

So, let’s be honest; we all bought this because it’s 1/10th of the price of an actual designer light fitting, and thought it would do. Overall, it’s a pretty great light fitting, but that comes with a number of caveats. Firstly, to say that the assembly instructions are vague is generous; it’s essentially a few diagrams with no real guidance, but a little bit of common sense and some trial and error worked in the end. They included a few spare bits and bobs which is super helpful, especially given the price. Once assembled, it looks rather good. It takes a while for the cables to straighten out, but a helpful hint is to hang or get someone to hold the main part, and then use a hairdryer on low to warm the cables up- they’re much more pliable when warm. Overall, given the price and the look it achieves, it’s a real bargain, but it’s not a simple thing to assemble.

After painting the room red it needed a boost with the lighting and this has fit the job perfectly. I fitted this light three years ago to replace an ugly strip light that was a crime to this period property. It was super easy to install, I also found fitting cable ties helped strengthen it a bit more and make it a little quirky. I chose to also fit a dimmer switch and use dimmable Edison LED bulbs which is perfect for setting the mood when people come over for dinner. Including the bulbs and maybe a switch you can transform your room for around £50 and maybe also fit a hanging plant to wrap around it. Why not? It look around a year for the plant to grow to the same size as the lights. I fed (and watered) it every two weeks which boosted the growth, in case you’re thinking of doing the same from a smaller plant. This one started at about a metre on each strand.

I saw this and the price and immediately wanted it! It looked so gorgeous in the pictures and the price was so good!. Took my husband a bit of fiddling and measuring! I do still love it now it's up BUT the wires dont hang straight :(. They are twisted and unfortunately that ruins it. We have had it up for a few weeks and they havent straightened yet. I would still recommend but just be aware that the wires, that the bulbs hang from don't hang straight :(

Per prima cosa la spedizione è stata, come quai sempre nei tempi previsti. Il prezzo è davvero interessante in considerazione che la fattura è molto buona, tutti i pezzi infatti (tranne qualche vite in plastica di fissaggio dei cavi elettrici) sono in metallo e ben rifiniti. Le istruzioni sono un pò sommarie ma comunque il montaggio è abbastanza semplice. Nel complesso il risultato estetico è gradevole ed originale. Tra i pezzi a disposizione ci sono alcune viti e accessori in più come ricambio.
