Duracell 377 SR626SW SB-AW AG4 1.55v Silver Oxide Watch Battery

This product is a brand-name battery in a sealed blister, sold at a very competitive price, and I see no reason not to award it 5 stars; but my rating and review is actually for the seller, Beaky Trading, rather than the product.Just before Easter I had to replace the 377 battery in my SO's Swatch. It wasn't available in the first couple of stores I tried so I looked online and found this Duracell at £1.20 to be the best deal available. So I ordered it. However, as we were out shopping the next day, we found we could buy one on the spot and we did (even though it cost £3), just so that she could use her watch straight away. I then emailed the seller to cancel the order, which hadn't shipped yet, and they acknowledged they would.A few days later I nonetheless got the (by then redundant) battery in the post from them, and was charged for it. I wasn't going to make a big fuss over £1.20 but I told them I was disappointed. They promptly replied with a polite apology and said they'd refund the credit card charge without asking for a return.Mistakes do happen but it is the way in which sellers deal with them that sets apart the cowboys from the professionals---or, as in this case, the true gentlemen. Well done Beaky Trading! Would definitely buy from them again.

Can't fault a Duracell. Easy to match the size, the name says quality and the price rivals store bought batteries.
