This product has made my hair really strong and thick from the first use. My hair looks and feels really shiny, bouncy, strong and thick since using this shampoo daily. I have also been suffering from excessive hair shedding for a while now. From the first of this shampoo, I have virtually no hair loss/shedding when i wash or brush my hair now. I did some research and discovered not washing hair enough can cause the hair follicles to become clogged with sebum, dust and dirt and this therefore inhibits hair growth and causes hair to fall out. I think how this shampoo works is by keeping the scalp clean by washing it everyday its allowing the hair to grow strong and healthy without any dirt and sebum clogging the hair follicles. Also by massaging your scalp when shampooing its stimulating hair growth. I also find the conditioner works well to restore moisture back into my hair after using the shampoo, as the shampoo can be drying. However you may feel the need to use additional conditioners and oils if your hair is extra dry. As for hair growth i do feel like my hair is growing much faster in comparison to me just using regular shampoo. I also feel by washing my hair more often, it is stimulating faster hair growth and completely stopped my hair from shedding. Very good product. Highly recommend if you want to grow your hair fast, make weak/fragile hair stronger and stop hair loss.

My hair grows at roughly the same rate as continents form, and a couple of years back, having got the hairdresser to bleach the bejeezus out of my naturally light brown collarbone length hair for about 6 months (following on from a decade and a half of highlights), the overlap in bleach caused the top half of my hair to snap off, leaving me with a fetching mohican/mullet style. While this would be just dandy if I lived in Hoxton, or the Eighties, this is not the hairstyle of a professional 32 yr old... Cue much tears. Having been left with processed, crispy hair, the salon and I decided on a course of action of 'tone down the platinum, slap some nano-keratin on, and cut off the worst parts' leaving me with an acceptable ash blonde short graduated bob - this was in November 2011. Over the course of 2012, I did not touch it AT ALL (the fear still raw), and it grew all of 3 inches. THREE INCHES!!! Now, as much as I enjoyed my short bob, I did want to get back to growing it while it's still acceptable for a woman of my age to have long hair, but at this rate I could expect it to reach my shoulders by 2015. Now, I have been very, very careful with what I use on my hair since 'Mulletgate', and have only been using cone and SLS free products, plus coconut and macadamia oil, and what regrowth I do have is now very shiny and healthy looking. When I started hearing about FAST, I was very scoff-y and cynical - believing that you have to promote hair growth from within, but ever the optimist, I did fork out for the FAST shampoo and conditioner. Three weeks down the line, I cannot say for certain since I did not actually measure, but several folks have said to me that my hair does look longer, fuller and shinier - and to be honest, even if the hair-growth part doesn't work, I am blown away by how nice it leaves my hair looking - I can even LEAVE IT WITHOUT STYLING OR PRODUCTS! This is a revelation for me! In summary, I am very happy that a cone/DEA/SLS free shampoo and conditioner can leave my hair looking so shiny and healthy, and I think that it is starting to promote faster growth. After a month and two months, I will post back to confirm or deny this, but to be honest I literally would buy it just for how nice it makes my hair!) ****************************************************************************************** UPDATE: (April 13) OK - I can safely say it works: after 2 months it has grown two inches! Cher-ching!! ****************************************************************************************** MAY 2014 UPDATE: Have been using for over a year now and my hair is thicker, shinier, very easily manageable, doesn't shed hardly at all, and - most importantly - has now grown down to my armpits (this is the longest I have ever had it!)! I would estimate that it has grown over 12 inches in a year, which is more than double my natural rate of about 1/4 inch per month - and that includes a couple of trims. I LOVE this shampoo and conditioner and still use it every time I wash my hair :) **********************************************************************************

Good as always but abit pricy

Worth the high price because of the quality. I'm sure it does something to my hair because I was never able to grow it past the shoulders. It just broke off. But my hair is way past my waist now and feels thicker and fuller. Very clean sculp as well. Although I don't wash my hair every day like recommended. I wash it once every 5 days (it stays clean). So the duo last for months and months in my case

So far so good - nice shampoo and conditioner, good lather and smooth natural hair - but I have only been using the pair for month, so I cant say anything yet about the results of longer and stronger hair :) later review to come Update: Been using this for a year now and it definitely works!! My hair has grown very long in this 1 year spur and is thick, strong and very healthy-looking - can really recommend this product! Also this set of 1L bottles has lasted me the whole year and probably will for a few months more, so very good value for the money 👏🏼 (and I lather twice)

I have Afro 4c type low porosity hair. I was very frustrated with the length of my hair and wanted it to grow quicker so that I could where more attractive protective styles. I saw the advert for this shampoo and conditioner, read the reviews and also looked up the products and the reviewers on YouTube, all were positive. I followed the instructions, but did not wash my hair everyday but every other day. I found this product to be extremely drying to my hair even though I followed each wash with a steam deep conditioner using a quality product conditioner, it dried my hair to the extent that it broke quite significantly and noticeable to the front of head. I am now in a worse position than I was when I began as at least before I commenced using this product I was able to wear my hair in a ponytail and now it is not possible as the sides are very uneven. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE if you have Afro hair stay well away from this product and just be patient you will get your end results so long as you follow a good hair regime. Don’t follow my example by using this product it has put back my hair journey by another year. I have given this product 1 star as body4real were really good at refunding me my money once I had contacted them.

I have been using Fast for over a year now. I started with the smaller original versions of the shampoo and conditioner. After bleaching my hair for over six years and having very bright vivid colours, my hair was not in the best of conditions. My hair grew very slow, 1 1/2 cm a month!! My hair also felt dry and began to break at the ends, thus stunting my hair growth. At my wits ends I decided to cut my shoulder length hair to basically a short back and sides. ;-(. Started using FAST just after this. That was a year ago and my hair is almost half way down my back. I found the no sulfates version kinder to my hair. I love the smell and have had a lot of comments on how my hair has grown and the condition of it. I still bleach my hair and put my vivid semi permanent colours on top. Yes, due to the washing every day/ every other day, the colours fades faster - but to be honest I am not bothered as my hair grows faster anyway (so would need to reapply dye regardless). I would suggest buying small bottle and stick with it. It may not work for everyone. A little goes a long way and the condition of my hair has not been better.

I purchased the shampoo and conditioner as my hair started to fall out after a very stressful and emotional time. I started off using these products every other day and now my hair has started to grow back and is a lot thicker and in a good condition. I only use the shampoo and conditioner once a week as it tends to make my hair greasy and flat which is a small price to pay as my hair is now looking great.
