Good color, good brand, great item.
Item came quickly and this time it was the correct color. I'm impressed with Amazon on how quickly they turned around my request for a replacement as the first one came in the correctly labeled box but was the wrong color inside. Liquitex is a great brand used widely by many hobbyist, artists and crafters. It's great for water color artwork, pen ink and for tinting miniatures which is what I use it for. This is listed as a transparent color although you'll want to apply it thinly or thin it down (with a base color) if you want to only slightly tint a base color. This is a good standard price and the shipping with prime was free! Other sites charge less for the item but then charge almost most more for shipping. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Awesome for airbrushing
Runs awesome through my airbrush! Semi glossy, satin leaning in the finish but that's to be expected with ink. Isn't as water reactive as other inks I've used like Vallejo when dry. Thins well with Vallejo and AP products. Probably the best white acrylic ink on the market, I prefer it to Rowney and much prefer it to Vallejo. It covers well in just one, to two coats. Not super transparent, which is incredible for an ink. I run it through a GSI Creos Procon Boy 0.2 with no additives and I don't have any issues.

RED!
Absolutely striking blood red color! I should’ve sanded my book edges a bit more, but this color is amazing! Goes on smoothly. Definitely more smooth and even than acrylic paint. (1:1 ink + water, as was advised to me) My only issue is it’s transferring, despite having days to dry now. Yet still when I fan through the pages my thumb comes back tinted red. Which apparently is not supposed to happen with using ink. So I’m not sure what is happening there. These books will just be for me so I’m not overly worried about it but I would definitely need to do more experimenting before I decided to use this on books meant to be sold. ——— Update: so they did eventually stop transferring. I guess it just still wasn’t totally dry and needed A LOT of time. I’m guessing I just had too much ink. I have had more success with quicker drying by using the teeniest bit more water - for every 10 drops of ink I add an extra drop of water (so 10 ink + 11 water). I don’t know what this is in ratio, sorry lol. I am trying to avoid adding too much water since it’s still a book. Anyway this *seems* to be working slightly better and drying a bit quicker, though I still leave it in the press for a few hours before removing/touching at all.

Quality ink and the most beautiful color!
My 1st time buying an acrylic ink and I have to say that now I’m hooked! These are soooo incredible and so fun! A little goes a long way! Don’t use too much the 1st time and know that these are permanent, so they won’t reactivate with watercolor or another media on top. I bought the fluorescent pink and it’s a show stopper! Checks all the box’s- Quality ink, great value, dries super fast, intense color, great flow.

Cerulean blue is a pale/baby blue
This blue is MUCH lighter in person - it is more light or baby blue.

Light Bronze
Great quality acrylic ink. For a bronze it's a bit on the lighter side (higher color value). To deepen it I washed some sepia ink over it and the result was great, more of an antique bronze.

Recommend!
Lovely gold ink with a real punch. Bought this to replace the Golden High Flow Acrylic in Iridescent Gold, which is more of a pale, weak pearlescent gold. I use this for small mixed media doodles and designs. Very happy.

It's a very nice thing to have- I bought this for all the possible inks you can imagine - gold, shimmering, India ink, calligraphy ink you name it - I change ink quite often in some projects I have and you really need to wash the nib before using another ink otherwise it gets cloggy and you destroy your nibs. This one is perfect, not only for acrylic ink but for every ink. The smell ..is a mild alcoholic so I guess it's alcohol based. If you love your nibs don't use washing liquid...some might tell you to do so..maybe won't do immediate damage but on the long run, it will. Use simple water if you can immediately after using your nibs and clean it with this solution between ink and when you finish working.
