These cups ARE NOT microwave safe. Don not let your children put them in n the microwave for hot cocoa or anything. The handle was hotter than Satan's coals when I myself pulled a mug out of the jmicrowave from this set. It burned me and the liquid in the cup was still cold. The paint on some of the mugs is missing. They are cute. Sure. But they are not usable with small children who are learning to cook. My kids know. I wouldn't buy these again. I wouldn't buy them as a gift for anyone much less if they have little ones using the microwave on their own. Included a picture of the missing paint. Also my previous review was based on delivery as we did not have Christmas until recently due to covid-19. So even though I'd like a refund they aren't likely to give me my money back.

I am so disappointed with this product. I bought it for a special occasion but after one use, the paint from inside came off. Now it looks vary unsafe to drink from it since I don't want my kid to be drinking peeling off paint. #disappointed #wontbuyagain

I bought these mugs to be used over the holidays while I had family in town. The designs are really cute, but the bottoms of the mugs are unglazed so they get moldy after every wash. I wanted to use these for years, but I’m going to just trash them. I’m tired of bleaching them and leaving them out to dry every time I want to use them.

One of the cup had a chip on the rim.
