Q: Would this bra be suitable for man who has learned to live with his man boobs and see both side of the gender spectrum.

It is stretchy material which fits easily across the chest but the importance is getting the right size as it can be quite a tight fit. If you want a flattering look then this is ideal as the one I purchased is very fitted

It's far too small. It wouldn't fit you even in the beginning of the pregnancy. I am size 12, 34, M and I gave it to my slim teenage cousin. Waste of money.

Q: Do these include space for Bra Inserts?

They are not very supportive. Just like a t shirt. So they will stretch but the inserts may droop!
