The Face Shop Rice & Ceramide Moisture Toner-The Face Shop For All Skin Types

I use other products from The face Shop with no problems but this toner is so harsh I really wouldn’t recommend it to anyone regardless of your skin type. I had a bad reaction after using this a few times which required prescription hydrocortisone to heal. Its taken a couple of months for my skin to heal fully. I wouldn’t risk trying this toner sadly.

Terrible for dry skin. My own fault for not looking at the ingredients but a moisturising toner should not have such a high amount of denatured alcohol in the formula. Dried my skin out after 2 uses. I do have incredibly dry skin though so this might be okay if you are normal or oily.

This is my second purchase but the previous one from a different seller. I bought the product with the mind set that it would take a while as it is coming directly from S Korea. So I was surprised that it arrived in less than 2 weeks. I have combination skin and after my usual cleanse I applied this toner and it leaves my skin feeling refershed and soft. The seller even put in a free face mask sheet with my order - thank you. I will definitely buy from this seller again!

Note: my skin type is normal to oily (oily t-zone).I initially bought this product on its own and didn't use it alongside the other Face Shop rice products, and by itself this product is really great. I recently bought a new moisturizer that leaves a chalky 'matte' effect on my skin, making it feel really dry, and this toner is a savior for me. It completely hydrates the skin. I eventually bought the rice oil + foaming cleansers to use alongside the toner and they all work really well together. My only criticism is that it does leave a bit of a shine (not oily though) on your skin and that the bottle is quite small. Overall though, I really like this and I'll keep using it for the foreseeable future.

It smells incredible, but it’s far too harsh on my sensitive skin and makes my skin burn and go bright red. I’m so upset, because I had high hopes for this product.

I loved it. Its a korean brand which ive heard a lot about . I bought just for trying out . Tbh its the best toner ive used its not harsh in my skin .and soaks up well, been using everyday . Definitely will buy again

I noticed a difference after just a couple uses. It’s very hydrating and feels thicker than your usual toner. I have combination oily skin for reference.

I use the rice water foaming face wash so this straight after to aid additional hydration is amazing! I love this stuff for my Asian skin. I am half Chinese/half English and I can never find products to suit my skin type until now.
