Wilton 411-1992 Colour Swirl 3 Colour Icing Bag Coupler

I never write reviews but I felt like I had to as I've seen some very negative reviews. You have to put all 3 pipping bags in the contraption before you put your icing in. If you do this it's easy as anything and works really well. Might be better with slightly clearer instructions but otherwise really happy with the outcome.

Easy to use I think it is a bit expensive for what it is.

Good product a little tricky to use

My eldest daughter loves cake making and decorating, when I saw this I bought another and gave one to her for Christmas as she was fascinated in mine. It makes brilliant colour swirls in cupcake icing.Cut a small hole in the bottom of 3 piping bags, put the larger piece in the bottom of each, add the butter cream and add the 3 bags into the main part, push the icing down and swirl away. Brilliant fun.

I love the idea, I bought this for my 10 year old as she’s obsessed with unicorns and rainbow icing are apparently unicorn cupcakes! Anyway it fits together well, and is simple to fit thebags over the nozzles, I cut slightly smaller holes than the nozzles and then gave a little push so they were slightly up the three as before screwing on the end. What I don’t like is no bags come with it (someone’s review said they got 4, I didn’t get any!) and no nozzles. The coupler is wide so my problem now is locating an inch wide nozzle that will fit over the tri nozzles and inside the coupler!! It’s just ok For me I prefer things being a little more convenient probably says more about myLaziness than the product to be fair

Great product, a little tricky to use at first but I made the mistake of filling the bags first! Overall, very impressed!

I recently started becoming a crazy cupcake lady and decided that I wanted to up my icing game by doing multipul colours for icing. I've not had too much difficulty doing two colours in one regular piping bag, however seeing the tri-coloured icing swirls had be feeling enveous and after watching tutorials and reading reviews I decided to order the Wilton Tri-Colour Coupler.Absolute disaster. Honestly cutting the bags at the correct height, and making sure the sections clip together (they never did), no matter what I did, all icing would either exploded out the top of the ring, or the entire bag would pop out. The mess it made was ridiculous - To the point where I gave up after many tries. A few weeks later I did attempt a second time, making sure everything was perfect.. And the same disaster happened again.In the end I simply purchased a large piping bag and messily scooped icing into the bag with three different colours. Its a lot more difficult to keep things separate, but it was miles better, less mess and less rage and stress over icing some blimmin' cupcakes. I really would not recommend this item.

I love this, once I figured out how to use it, no problems at all. Game changer.

I bought this specifically to create galaxy cupcakes for a child's birthday. I didn't bother reading the directions before I started so I filled the bags first and then tried to put on the coupler. After much cursing, I realized that you need to attach the empty bags first and then fill them. After washing everything and using 3 new disposable bags and putting everything together again, it worked perfectly. My recommendation is to use a softer frosting because as someone with carpal tunnel, your hands will tire from the squeezing.

Je l'utiliserais pour raffiner mes gâteaux ,pour donner un côté plus travaillée et en plus c'est très facile à monter. On peut faire de très jolies gâteaux sans être une professionel de pâtisserie. Gute Idee um die bunte Vielfalt mit Dressiersäcken auf den Teller oder auf Törtchen und Torten zu bringen. Wer dann noch das Garnieren mit der Tülle besonders beherrscht kann unglaublich tolle Kreationen herstellen. Zum Beispiel 3 verschieden farbige Gemüsecrems auf dem Teller dressieren.
