Very good colour, easy to use
Used to add an airbrushed ombré effect to a purple fondant cake. It worked very nicely, giving a very dark purple colour. Did not clog the airbrush. Very strong colour so it did initially discolor the kitchen surface a little, but nothing a little bleach based cleaner couldn't fix.

Great For Slime
My children are going through a 'Slime phase' they play with it, watch youtube videos of it (as does the wife) so when i came to making it, we wanted to give them a choice of colours. this was perfect, produced a deep colour and the kids loved it

Good colour
The flavour doesn't overpower the actual flavour of icing & buttercream which was lovely.Found I had to use a lot drops for my meringues to keep colour after baking. But in the buttercream & icing only took a couple of drops for consistency of colour I was looking for.

Retinted a lava lamp nicely.
I'll be straight up, I've no idea how good a food colouring this is. I used it to retint a lava lamp that had faded over the years. I wanted a vibrant, UV fast purple and this has done the trick nicely. I used three drops If it fades again in another decade I have plenty left to use again.

Easy to use in airbrush
Purchased to use in my airbrush, worked well without diluting first. Was quite a dark purple once I'd added a few layers of it. The dropper system worked well, I only needed a couple of drops per layer.
