My son is now 9 and had eczema since he's started on solids. He's mixed race, I am African and his father is English /Chinese. His father's side of the family suffers from eczema so it was expected that he would get it. Anyway, we tried absolutely everything that you can use for his skin. Nothing helped and if they did, it was only for a few weeks. I bought these for myself because they help with my moods, they stop the crazy especially around the time of the month. I have not taken these in years, I bought them because I could feel my mood getting worse, I was teary all the time. I then remembered that these used to help me lift my mood and I bought them and they would last me a year. I started taking these which transformed my life in a couple of days(ladies, trust me we needs these in our lives ). I then remembered that I used to give one to my son when he was younger, something I read years ago that they help eczemous skin. At that time, my son'skin was not too bad. His eczema has gotten worse as he grew older, constant scratching, infection, I mean once his eyes were so swollen his eyes were shut, every single day, my heart broke. He had no break unless he used steroids. You could here him scratching all the time, I mean he never stopped. He could not concentrate, there was always skin in his bed, pillows, clothes. I cut out dairy, used soap nuts, I changed his bed every week (still do). Tried to implement the Gaps diet which didn't work because his grandparents kept on giving him dairy, etc. Basically I tried it all . So one day I decide to try him again on the EPO, just to see if it might help. I didn't really notice any change on the skin but then I realised that I could no longer hear any scratching when he's around, you know that incessant scratching? Nothing, nothing at all. He takes one every single day alongside a Bio Kult probiotic. He has the most beautiful skin I have ever seen. His eczema is gone, there is no more eczema. I have even gone back to using regular detergent, still perfect. He's been taking these for about 2 months now but the change was within days. Taken this for years. Can't confirm if it does me good, but I've always had lots of compliments on my skin, hair and nails, and still get them, even in my late sixties. Not a medical cure, but provides essential elements often missing in a modern diet, so up to individual to decide. Good way of buying as year's supply at good price

This is excellent value for money and it does what it is supposed to. Regarding PMS and sore breasts, it did not really help me so far (I started taking it about 2 months ago), but my skin looks better and it's smoother too.

I actually can't remember why I got these but I have been taking one a day for a couple of months and have noticed the ankle joint stiffness/inflexibility I had on getting up in the mornings has gone. I also seem to have less scalp dryness/flakiness but I stopped using shampoo with lauryl sulphates in it so this may be down to that. I notice other users comment on hair but mine is no thicker or shinier than before.

Value for money great size have had these for a while best I have had so highly recommended

Only given 3 stars I have only just started taking these so I do not know how good they are. Also if you have difficulty taking tablets these are not for you as they are the size of horse pills!!! After saying that should they have a beneficial effect I would order again. Arrived before given delivery date so would recommend on that front.
