High strength EPA & DHA capsules
I take these regularly and am very happy with them. This is my second bottle. They do not smell or taste fishy. They are as easy to swallow as similar capsules. Good value.

No after taste, great value.
I've never had a problem with large capsules, so that didn't come into it for me when selecting this product. I find that most Omega 3 oils come with this size capsule anyway. But these are on the large side, if you are squeamish that way. I bought these ones in particular because they are gluten free - and I suffer from Coaliac disease...but also for the average person your recommended daily consumption of Omega 3 should be a combined EPA & DHA value of at least 500mg a day. The dosage on this tub calls for 2 capsules a day giving you 660mg EPA & 440mg, but in fact, actually just ONE of these capsules covers your recommended daily amount, providing 330mg EPA & 220mg - exactly 500mg! Perfect ....so technically, a person can buy one of these tubs, and have one capsule a day for a full year and be covered for the daily needs. What great value!!! But in my family situation, where we have different needs, it means that one person can take one capsule and be covered for their recommend daily dose, and another person like myself, who needs a higher does, can take the second one. I bought these to help regulate hormone imbalance, so I will be taking the two capsules a day....I started out with just one a day initially, to ensure there was no adverse effects. There was none - and now that I'm using them about 3 weeks, I'm upping my dose to the second capsule. I cannot comment on their success yet, as like everything thing in life (such as the trees and the flowers or any living being in nature ) when it comes to slow, natural change, all living things in nature need a full season to gradually transform and see change or renewal....so just one month is not enough to grade its merits. I will review again in another 2 months or longer.

The aftertaste is what matters, right?
So.... how can you do a review for a fish oil pill? They are pill shaped, tick. They came in the bottle as pictured, tick. They contain what smells like fish oil, tick. I’m not sure how else they can be reviewed? Short of conducting a scientific comparison with other fish oil pills. Even these seem to be unreliable with some saying the benefits aren’t proven. For me the thing that matters is the after taste. Do you pop the pill then keep burping / tasting fish for the rest of the day? No you don’t! Phew! Well... there’s a VERY SLIGHT taste (hence not 5 stars) but it’s only happened a couple of times. And not full on fish. Just mild! I’ve had Puori (used to be called PurePharma) ones before and they are better than these for the fish aftertaste - they are lemon tasting (or they were) but they are also mega bucks. Happy with these for a few more quid in my pocket. If money isn’t an issue go Puori.

Effective vitamins
I've bought these a few times now, and the key quality of vitamins to me is simply - how do you feel when you stop taking them? With these, I can actively tell that I'm not taking them, because my joints ache more. So I always make sure to take them regularly. There's also no taste, and size wise they're extremely easy to swallow.

Have been taking one capsule daily for the past 4 years.
Updated review: I'm now in my 70's and have been taking 1 Premium Omega 3 capsule every day for the past 4 years. Far better than previous brands purchased. I've found they improve my short term memory... I can now remember for example a phone number I've just read without having to go back to re-read it because I've forgotten half the number. I've also noticed over time an improvement in my eyesight. I no longer need my glasses for driving and can see very well into the distance without. Before I had to take my glasses off when driving to read the TomTom; now no glasses and no problem... I can see clearly both the road and my TomTom. Hitherto I had bought the cheapest 1,000mg capsules delivered in a polythene bag. But studying comments over a number of brands, I came to realise we buy Omega 3 oil for the levels of EPA and DHA elements they provide. These Premium Omega 3 capsules contain three times the EPA/DHA found in cheaper capsules and don't cost that much more. No fishy or oily taste in the mouth nor any after taste. Best kept in the bottom of the fridge to keep them fresh and in top condition. I can only put my memory and eyesight improvements down to the Omega 3 as I'm not taking or doing anything to otherwise improve them. Recommended!
