BadiaRoasted garlic . 1.5 lb jar

This stuff is great but it's not a replacement for regular granulated garlic.I've been using it in addition to the old school stuff. If I'm making a batch of spread for garlic bread and I normally use 1/2 cup of regular, I'll ALSO add an additional 1/4 cup of the roasted garlic stuff. Folks have been going crazy over this new and improved garlic bread. I've used it in many other things in this same way and it's always come out great. I know it seems like a lot of extra garlic but this stuff isn't as pungent as the regular granulated. It's much more subtle.If you're a garlic fan, this is totally worth trying at least once. You won't be disappointed.Last but not least...Getting food items on Amazon can be sketchy because of getting unreturnable, damaged goods. This stuff was packed well and received in perfect condition.

I could no longer find my name brand roasted garlic granules, so I thought I'd give these a try. I did a side by side taste test. Identical flavor! This will fill many jars of my name brand bottle...at a fraction of what I paid for them.

I like this roasted garlic powder very much to use to spice up my chilies or use as a topper for garlic toast. Great flavor enhancing qualities When you are cooking! The large container will last a long time also which makes it worthwhile for the money you spend.

Very flavorful..use it in practically everything..a must to have!
