I've taken cod liver oil on a regular basis since childhood (for current age context, I recently discovered a grey hair in my left nostril). I bought these particular capsules some months back because there was a deal on them and they seemed to be of good value. So far, I have no complaints. The quality seems as good as some of the better ones I've taken in the past. I like that it's just one capsule a day; they're easily digestible with a glass of water. I also like that I don't walk around for the day smelling super fishy as a result of taking them. I'll be happily staying the course with these ones after a bumper purchase.

Good value for money, it’s Cod liver oil as opposed to fish oil. Content is what I was looking for. Easy to swallow with a glass of water and no lasting taste or repeating.
