Not all you need
I've been taking these for three months with not really any improvement, ive ended up talking Thyroid Glandular to keep me going which is a bit of a mare as the dosage is tough to negotiate. However during this time ive read everything i can about thyroid health, focusing more on more natural mays off dealing with it.Firstly giving up grains and dairy for me stopped my body attacking my thyroid so my antibodies plummeted. Incorporating bone broth 3x a day made my inflammation plummet. Which was great. But ztill tired and still.couldnt lose weight although i did have the energy to excercise now at least. So back to this product, it doesnt have all you need. You need optimol iron levels, vitamin d and vitamin a. I take the highest cod liver oil which gives me about 4000 vit a, and im fine. I also take iron now and feel better for it.Without these you will not be able to comvert t4 the storage hormone to t3 the fast acting get up and go hormone. You also need to manage your strss as much as possible you need cortisol for thyroid but not too much so if you lead a stressful life counter balance it with low stress other things.Ive read so much on this my fave are amy myers thyroid, dr myhill thyroid, and elle russ thyroid.they were all very useful for different reasons, elle russ because she approaches it from a patient whos become her own advocate which put me on the right path. But she doesnt have all the science behind it. Dr Myhill as she offers advice on glandular products and where to buy them and how to take them, these Re what i take now iver prescriptions, who is UK based and knows the pitfalls of the NHS system and Amy Myers my go to oerson for Thyroid, she was a conventional doctor who ran a busy ER for 5 years, she encomoasses everything and has comprehensive scientific data on what vitamins you need and minerals you tale to absorb and convert these hormones into your body. The only rhing is they all want you to follow a paleo diet, I did orifinally do that and still o cassionally have a bit of mozerella 1 or 2 a month, and sometimess brown rice pasta and thata it, for me bone broth cured and healed the rest of me.This is what worked for me, but you shoukd become your own advocate and find what works for you. Good Luck 😊

I think these work
I have a mild underactive thyroid, but my main reason for purchasing these was to help with insomnia. The insomnia may not be related to thyroid, it may just be my age and 'time of life', but my insomnia has become increasingly worse over the past 12 months. I did a lot of research to find a supplement that contained specific products that assist with anxiety, stress and insomnia. As they met my criteria, I thought I'd give these Thyroid Complex capsules a go. After two weeks, I started to sleep every night throughout the night, which was such a relief. I finished one bottle (60 capsules) but didn't buy any more and sure enough, I have started to wake again like before. It may just be 'mind over matter' but I'll take a restful night over insomnia any day. Ordering more now.

Thyroid complex review
I have been taking these tablets for just over a month now. I had been taking two with breakfast but do find that they can repeat on you, so I changed it to one at breakfast and one at dinner, which seemed to work better..I cant say I have noticed any side effects with them at all.I started taking these as I had a blood test which showed that my thyroid levels weren't normal and to have them re done in 4- 6 months. Instead of just sitting around waiting for the months to pass I thought I may as well try some of these supplements and see if they make any difference at all.I cant say that I have lost any weight at all, but my general wellbeing seems to have improved.I have more energy, not so tired and lethargic when I get home, and my mood has definitely improved. Also feel more alert with very few if any "brain fog" moments.I am due to have the follow up blood test this week, so will see if these have made any difference at all, but will continue to take them regardless as they have definitely had some sort of effect in a positive way.

Maybe not thyroid - but a good supplement regardless
To be honest, I am doubtful it has made a huge difference in my energy levels or the constant fatigue. That being aid, it would't be fair of me to give it a bad review if I have misdiagnosed the problem. I rather think my energy is suffering for other reasons. As for the supplements themselves, very well packaged, packed with minerals that I know I need. I do take them faithfully each day with a certain assurance that whilst they might not have solved the issue I bought them for, they will be at least replacing the nutrients I am certainly deficient in. I have had pernicious anaemia in the past which resulted in paresthesia to my lower extremities. The minerals packed in this bottle will keep that issue at bay (especially vitamin B 12), and I have had no bouts during the course with this. So whether it helps or not - I cannot give any insight regarding thyroid, but the supplement is good and I am convinced generally helps my thyroid and maintains good neurological function and inhibits any potential for damage. On that basis it is well worth buying.

Be careful how much Iodine you have daily!!!
My TSH was 5.4, but doctors said I was borderline and that I did not need medication!!! I was taking a multi vitamin that already had Iodine, I then went onto buying these tablets and was having couple of these also daily so I was having about 450 mcg in Iodine daily literally without thinking I was over dosing!! I just thought what my body didn’t need would come out my system! I was so wrong. I went to the doctors 2 months later for another blood test absolutely sure I must have brought the levels of TSH down. My test showed my TSH level had increased to 11.6... I was in shock I wish I had known earlier that taking to much Iodine actually makes the TSH levels worse! I am now on levothyroxine!I am still rating these tablets 4 because they do have all the ingredients you need to for hypothyroidism but if you are taking these do not take any other supplements please be careful how much Iodine your taking daily.
