Everbuild Forever White Grout Reviver Arctic White 200ml - 2 Pack

So we recently came across an old flat with a much used bathroom with plain white tiles, where the white grout was no longer white So rather than going through the headache and hassle of re-tiling or re-grouting, we decided to give this a try and how glad we are that we did This preforms brilliantly! The horrible group soon came up like new on the first use and we couldn't believe how good the results were It's super easy to apply and use, leaves little mess to clean up afterwards amd the color white just shines through after use We had about 15m squared of small, square tiles to revive , and we eneded up using about a tube and half Since we did this a few months ago, the grout has still kept brilliant white and we just clean them as usual now with a bit of bathroom Cif mousse and they always co e up sparkling! I have to say I'm very impressed with this product. I did read the negative reviews before purchasing so didn't get my hopes up. Like another reviewer I also live in a rental property so grouting the bathroom isn't a route I want to take if I can help it. I have used a grout whitener in the past which was like a tip-ex pen which worked well but was very time consuming and the tip dried out, so decided to try this instead. I was very impressed with the amount you get, 2 x 200ml tubes. I didn't actually work out where the sponge applicator was until I had almost finished, it unscrews beneath the silver lid. Directions- Simply apply to grout lines using the easy to use applicator, allow to dry and remove any excess residue with a damp cloth. Allow to dry for 3-4 hours then remove any excess product with a damp cloth Depending upon size of tile, will cover approx 20 metres squared of tiles. Contains mould shield for long long lasting protection against discolouration caused by bacterial, mildew and mould growth. The product is a similar consistency to a thick toothpaste. I used a small sponge to apply the product along the grout, I wiped the product off the tiles as I went and then once dry I wiped over properly. The main problem I have is the discolouration and mould behind the taps in the bathroom so I focused on this area more, I may need to go over this area again although I'm very happy with the results so far.

I was really impressed with this product, save that the sponge applicator came off the tube before I had finished the job - I ended up using my finger to apply the product, which worked but was rather messy! This may have been due to my pressing too hard as I'm inclined to being a bit heavy handed, rather than an issue with the product itself. However, that said, the reviver has totally transformed the tiles in my bathroom and kitchen - they look as though they have been newly put up. Other reviewers have mentioned that they found it a bit difficult to remove the excess product. I didn't at all. I used a old flannel which seemed to have the right texture to rub away the excess, even on areas which I had left to dry overnight. For the few stubborn areas, I just used a tile/hob scraper which, again, did the job with ease. I would definitely buy again.

I have a downstairs shower-room/utility room with white floor tiles and grouting. As you would expect with shoes, washing baskets and dirty feet it gets pretty grimy. A couple of years ago I re-grouted it, a job I never want to repeat, ever. I've tried several cleaners or grout reviver's in a particularly grubby area by the door, but most wash off within days or look thin and patchy. I saw Everbuild Forever White Grout Reviver when I was looking for a new sink waste unit, read the excellent reviews and decided to try it. It was very easy and quick to apply with the built-in sponge applicator and it looked good straight away. I got rid of the majority of the excess with a damp rag after applying, but without touching the grouted areas. After three hours I cleaned up as directed in the instruction, initially by hand to check it but found my world-famous trick of an old linin tea-towel tied to a flat round polisher inserted into my rechargeable drill set on slow did it ten times faster with a lot less effort on my part. This was why I removed most of the excess before-hand as it's a pain to keep cleaning or replacing the tea-towel if it gets clogged too often. Highly recommended.

I used this on some really dirty grout in a rental property. I cleaned the grout first with a solution, just to get the worst of it off, then applied this product afterwards. I left it on overnight and washed it off the following morning. Some of it worked well and left the grout white, but other areas didn't work as well. Am generally happy with the product so would still recommend it. The grout is 80% better than it was, so has certainly improved the appearance. Not sure how long it will stay white, but for now, it looks much better.

The reviver arrived via the post office 8 days after placing the order. It was package in a strong plastic bag, and because the tubes were essentially unbreakable, there wasn't any problems. Initially I used the sponge applicator on the end of the tube. It worked without any problems for about half the tube then leaked around the edge. Before I used the product I read several reviews, so I was half expecting it. It wasn't a problem, I simply cut up a very cheap sponge backed sourer pad (approx 2.5 cm thick) into a 3 cm square, and used the sponge side. (Tesco's pack o 10). Infact it proved much easier to use, and in future thats what I'll use. It required less force to squeeze the product out of the tube without it's sponge attached, and was less messy and easier to control. Less reviver went on to the tile surface to be removed later, and with less wastage the tube should go further. (I thought the scoured side might be useful for removing any stubbord excess, but infact I didn't need to.) I did around 20 tiles then returned to the 1st tile and removed most of the excess reviver with a dry kitchen towel. After around 2 to 3 hours I wiped off the small amount of remaining excess with a damp cloth and the job was done. A friend happened to call by, and she said it looked like the tiles were new. I wouldn't have any hesitation recommending this excellent product.

Was dubious at first and bought it just to see how good it was, read the reviews about the applicator so literally just squeezed it on a finger and applied it along the lines of grout over approx a square metre of tiles then wiped off the excess with a moist cloth - which at times was quite awkward as the renovator goes hard in just a few minutes! As it goes on over the old grout the difference is remarkable, its an ultra white shine compared to the old dirty grey of the original! It's been on the walls for several weeks now and appears to have hardened just as well as the original grout and has held it's clean white appearance - even over the grubbiest bits in the shower/bath area. I've given it 2 stars for 'easy to remove' as it's something that should definitely *not* be easy to remove.... and it isn't! I would highly recommend this product and would say it's second only to completely removing the old grout and rerouting the entire area.

Used this about 3 years ago after retiling the bathroom with brilliant white tiles and the original grout was not as white as I'd hoped. Applied this and it gave the whiteness the original grout didn't have. There was one problem spot and I just gave it two coats and it's as good as new. What I would say is don't use the sponge on the tube as it give too much over spill that has to be wiped/ scraped off. I literally squeeze a pea sized amount onto my finger and run it down the grove. It washes off skin really easily. Looking forward to another 3 years of brilliant white grouting.
