This device is a Chinese import. I found all of the items in the box as described. The pen was as described. The instructions were not written by a fluent English speaker and had to be read with that in mind. I have difficulty in ejecting the device from the Desktop. I just now remove the USB connection and put up with the subsequent message! The picture and sound quality were good, although I have used the pen in a live situation as yet. The altering of time and date stamp to the recording is proving to be somewhat of a challenge. This device will do for I want to record. If you can buy the original and not this copy if you require reliability and superior quality.
