It has done me no harm and I have a particularly sensitive skin so would be surprised if anyone else has a problem. **Q: Do these work for case bearing moths or only clothes moths?** A: I am sorry to report I used 2 of these tabs, but the moths were still flying around! I see that Amazon offer a spray for moths which I may try. Also I read an article which suggested finding where they are coming from (if there is a nest) and disposing of all items around/near it. I bought a packet of these and placed them in draws as a precaution and I am pleasantly surprised. I haven't (touch wood!) Seen any moth activity in these draws and a nice added bonus is a lovely light scent is left on clothing. This is isn't overpowering or harsh just a nice light scent which makes me feel it is working.
