OZ Naturals Vitamin C Facial Serum, 30ml

I recently begun searching more natural ways to take care of my skin (mid thirties). I was reading everywhere about vitamin c, so I purchased this serum as it has plenty of positive reviews. It is packaged in a caramel coloured glass bottle that was sealed with plastic wrap protecting it from oxidation. I love that it has a dropper, in this way you can use just the amount that you want, even if it is only a tiny bit. At first I intended to use it only at night but when I saw how fast my skin absorbed it (within seconds) leaving a matte soft finish, I started using it at morning as well. Note: this is a serum, not a moisturiser so it is necessary to use a moisturiser afterwards. Within the first days my skin became smoother and after a month my skin is less dull and more bright. Due to oily complexion with an occasional tendency to acne, I had a mild redness to my skin, by this serum has evened out my skin tone. I have serious dark circles and they have brightened a bit. I believe that if you use it twice per day it will last about 2-3 months. No more need for expensive branded products where most of what you pay is their marketing. This serum is great and I am very happy that I have discovered vitamin c, it will definitely remain in my daily skin routine!

I've heard a lot about Vitamin C serums but had yet been tried one so it was good to finally give one a try.This serum can be used in a number of ways, of course you can use it alone as it comes or it can be mixed in with your moisturiser to give it an extra depth if you feel that is needed.Personally I feel this is for younger skin compared to perhaps the Hyaluronic Acid from OZ Naturals. It is a gentle serum that doesn't sting or burn the face at all; in fact it seems to do the opposite, calming and soothing the skin.OZ Naturals profess that this is a high quality serum and I have to say I do believe them, the serum soaks into the skin well, it cares for the skin and helps add to it a healthy glow I didn't even think was possible.If you are looking for a low price point but a good quality and absolutely value for money product then this is definitely a serum worth trying and I think like me you will start to see your skin glowing in no time - let it surprise you.

I have been using this serum for a few weeks in the attempt to lessen the appearance of deep wrinkles on the forehead and also to minimise the beginnings of crows feet. Although I have fairly young skin, my skin is incredibly dry and I have suffered from eczema and dermatitis all through my childhood and adolescence which has worsened the appearance of my skin and of premature wrinkles. I found that this did not irritate my skin at all and has been successful in lessening the deeper wrinkles on my forehead, but I haven't really noticed any significant change in the lines around my eyes. I love the packaging for this product, it comes with a dropper so it is easy to distribute around the face and you can control very easily how much product you want to use. The serum is virtually scent free, but there is a slight smell when you first apply it. It's not exactly a "chemical" smell, but it is neither pleasant or unpleasant and goes away after thirty seconds. For some people this might be a complete turn off to have a scent on the face which isn't the nicest of smells, but personally I don't mind this as it isn't a lasting aroma. In terms of affecting acne, I found this doesn't irritate any spots you may have but it doesn't help in getting rid of them either. I have found that my skin has improved after using this product overall, and I feel like it is looking healthier and smoother than usual. All in all, a great serum which is not oily/greasy and sinks into the skin within a minute or two, so there is minimal waiting time between applying a serum and applying moisturiser. I would definitely purchase this product again.

I purchased a bottle of vit c serum about 8 weeks ago , it was orange in colour and had a thickish consistency and was easy to spread on to face. I ordered a second bottle and it was a clear liquid, it looked and felt like water, there is no spread ability with this serum . I initially thought it was a con and that it was just water in the bottle. I persevered for a week just to make sure but no it was really hard work trying to spread this on face, and my skin felt very tight. I decided to contact oznaturals direct by email. They replied extremely promptly and assured me that it was ok, they said they had changed the ingredients because customers thought the serum was oxidising because it was orange in colour . I tried again but no, it's unusable, I then found my old bottle and compared ingredients , there is a massive difference in the amount of ingredients in the new one, approx 15/16 in old one and around 8 in the new one. However more concerning is that the ones omitted are glycerine, organic jojoba oil, aloe , Which are all the very moisturising agents that are required to make this blend able. This also has witch hazel in which is an astringent and without the moisturising agents this is like applying pure witch hazel to your face. When you press the dropper it falls out like water. I am very disappointed as I loved the first bottle hence why I purchased a second which is useless and I'm worried about what it might do to my skin now.

I ordered a second bottle because I loved how my skin was looking. The first was very orange and thin which went on fine and made my skin feel good. The second batch was thick and gloopy with an off clear colour and felt stickier so I abandoned use after a short time as it didn't feel as good. I'm not sure which one was the correct product but it was a repeat order and the seller couldn't help me. I'm unsure if I would trust spending money again on this one for fear I end up with the wrong one. If anyone knows which is the most beneficial I'd be happy to hear from you.
