I started taking B vitamins alongside Prescribed B12 when I figured out that if I was B12 deficient I was probably deficient in the others too. B5 is the one that really tackles that fatigue sensation, and the niggling aches and grumbles as you try to move around. I've fond that getting the B5 down me first thing in the morning is the trick that really gives me a near normal life. Takes a bout half an hour to an hour to fully kick in but the aches and body grumbles fade away, and I'm usually good until mid evening. I take a bunch of other stuff as well, but B5 is the magic pill.These are really easy to swallow even though they aren't the smallest capsules. a good gulp of liquid and they just slip down the throat. No nasty taste, and no after effects like you can get with some capsules when the gelatine melts. No foul flavoured belching with these.The bottle has a nice flip top so no fighting with screw caps or child proof caps. it is a white plastic bottle though which means many waste treatment centres won't recycle it. Hopefully the manufacturer will rectify their bottling policy at some point.
