Pros: Awesome 4k Display, Outstanding build Quality and materials, Better than expected keyboard for such a slim design, very fast and responsive, relatively quiet fan. was very easy to set-up.Cons; Average battery life - not more than 3-4 hours on performance setting, trackpad very beautiful, but overly sensitive. not impossible to get used to but software could fix, air inlet on bottom does not encourage good colling unless on a rigid smooth surface, beware the blankets, warranty was already expired since it sat on the seller's shelf for a couple of years. (Called Lenovo and sent them my sales receipt, so they immediately fixed the problem).Overall, it's a great buy and I wouldn't hesitate to buy the same model again. Since it is now basically a 3 year-old model, the price is half of what the original selling price was. It's far from obsolete and unless you're a gamer or a CAD engineer, it will be way more than fast enough for the average student or businessperson. I'm a photographer and bought it because of the outstanding 4k screen. It's also fast enough to run my imaging software at a respectable speed. But not nearly as fast as with my dedicated graphics card on my desktop at home. But for on the road, it's a great companion.As others have mentioned, the trackpad is not the best. However, if you set the track pad to minimal sensitivity, turn off tap to click, and set double click speed to slowest setting, it is average and usable. Also, if you like listening to music with headphones, this laptop has a very powerful audio amp that has the power to drive loud passages. Add a little EQ (like on itunes) and a decent set of cans and it sounds great.

I bought this computer to replace lenovo laptop that I loved. It was a workhorse for me for 8 years. Like the last one, I bought an upgraded computer so that I got better components, or at least trhat was the plan. The camera on this thing is a joke. The camera on my 100.00 tablet is worlds better. And the mouse pad... Oh, the mouse pad. I have literally spend hours "learning" how to use it and program it. Yes, program it. It will delete things, whole pages if I am not careful with where I place my hand. It has move the cursor 3 times to some where else on the page just in the short writing of this review.1000.00 wasted. I figured it was just me getting used to it and I waited to long to return it. First chance I get, I'm going to replace it!!! And it WON"T be a Lenovo.
