VERTAGEAR Gaming Chair, Faux Leather, Black/Carbon, Large

Poor build quality, no customer serivce, chair jumps down regardless of lock position. Attempting to get fixed but 3 months and no response from anyone,

Its a hard seat for a 17 stone guy. The build quality is Good. but not perfect. Building it is very easy and comes with nice screw and allen key.

I spent nearly £300 on this chair and Initially was liking everything about it. A year and a half later oh boy now Im regretting it.Put it this way Im on my 2nd replacement chair.The first one snapped at the part of the chair where the handle is to recline, then new chair lasted just over a year and snapped in the same spot but on both sides, what a total waste of money.The customer service at vertagear USA was great sending me replacement parts over the year to the UK as the armrest button got stuck inside due to the spring breaking, never In my life have i seen a spring snap but there you go.Short-term the chair is comfortable and reliable for a 6ft 1inch 95kg chap; but long term this chair will fall apart. Remember im on my 2nd broke chair. I just browse the net then recline, no bouncing or stressing the chair.I hope this helps other people who are looking at this chair and thinking wow that looks like a great chair, as I say In the short term yes, long term nope.I will add some pictures so you can see.And of course Its out of warranty.
