Sweet Sweat Thermo Genic Action Cream Jar 6.5oz

I love this product - it arrived very quickly and well packaged. After reading several reviews about how this product worked -I decided to try it for myself as I do a fair amount of running and wanted to benefit from what I had read. I also have been using this product now for many months so now feel I can give a more insightful and hopefully helpful review. Well firstly it smells device which is a bonus, I find I sweat more when using this product than if I don't use it - which for me shows that the product is working, The result after my run are impressive too - joint aches and muscle aches are minimal so again the product compared to when I don't use this Is actually helping my muscles perform better.. this product really works for me so I have incorporated this in to my daily runs and am reaping the benefits. Love it .

I loooooooove this product. It is scientifically proven to increase thermogenesis in the areas the product is applied. This help you mobilise fat stores in the area more easily and increase the speed at which you trim the area. Simply rub on a small amount of the product. I rub: around tummy and love handles, butt, legs and below my knees). Then I wrap in clingfilm and workout. The body warms up more in the areas you've Sweet Sweat than other body part. Stay hydrated by drinking water. You will sweat profusely. Combined with clean eating (I eat Keto) and regular cardiovascular you can really trim down areas quite quickly. Sweet Sweat will always be part of my training tool box. A little goes a long way shoulI imagine this lasting me for months. x

When it come to fat loss, there are no magic bullets. One burger didn’t make me fat and one cardio session won’t make me skinny. It’s what you do most of the time that defines your results. However, I’ve worked hard since the 12th April since the gyms reopened (approx 15 weeks ago) 4-5 times a week, watched what I ate and drank etc. I cut sugar and refined carbs from my diet as well as saturated fat and alcohol. I upped my water intake and limited coffee to two cups a day. I used sweat sweat along with fat burners and natural test boosters and over the course of time dropped from 25 to 15 percent body fat and lost 16lbs in weight. The sweet sweat wouldn’t have done that on its own with working out (like I said no magic bullets) but I feel it helped. There are studies out there that suggest profuse sweating whilst working out does burn extra calories and it will make you shed excess water (why do you think boxers run wrapped in plastic bags before a weigh-in). Did I sweat? Yes loads Did I warm up? Yes Did I smell good whilst in the gym? Like a rose Fat burning is an apt way to describe shedding body fat because like a fire you need to keep stoking it to keep it going. This isn’t a flick of the magic wand remedy it’s helpful.

Could definitely feel the difference when using this product. Requires effort to see results, but this is always the case with exercising. Compliments your work out - makes you sweat a lot more! More pricey than some of it's competitors, but definitely works a lot better. I would recommend Sweet Sweat for those looking to lose weight.

The product itself worked for me. I was sweating a lot. Fragrance is also quite pleasant. The only problem for me is that did not agreed with my skin. The third time I used it gave me bad rush on my body.

This cream it’s a must buy! You won’t lose fat or lose weight ( for that you will need to have a clean diet ) however if you wanna feel that push and train even harder at the gym... get this product... In my personal opinion sweat makes me feel that I’m working out very hard - it does something in my brain that actually the days I use the cream I burn more calories - because when I sweat more I wanna train even harder, even people at the gym give me motivation saying Wooow you are working very hard! Well done. So like Ive said if you wanna sweat and give you that mental push to carry on doing a hard hard workout ... Buy it. ( I love gym and I trained hard but with the cream it’s other level)

My decision to buy the sweet sweat belt and cream was due to the fact that I am a very active 49 year old woman, and I eat healthy I still have a hang over tummy, the one you get from having 2 c-section and 10 years of solidy fat around the tummy which start getting bigger as I enter my menopause life, I felt like although I was good with my food and exercise I was getting fatter. The package arrived pretty quick, I open the tub of sweet sweat it is a big tub so I am happy with the size. I dipped all four fingers in thinking it was solid it was soft so no need to dip your fingers in you only need enough to cover the areas. I had no idea there were sizes to the belt so I just add the one the system to my basket when it arrived I struggled with it to go around my waist, it was too small but I still forced it on not being able to breathe properly I went for a jog and I could feel my body heating up very quickly oh my goodness when I was finished I was dripping more than the usual sweat. My big tummy is getting flatter and the hang is smaller. I am proud to say the small belt fits now with not as much squeeze only after 2 weeks of use. I will definitely continue to use sweet sweat to enhance my workout. Definitely 5 star product

Ho cominciato ad usare questa crema a 20 anni...ora ne ho 50... È a dir poco miracolosa...soffro di ritenzione idrica e,con l' applicazione durante gli esercizi fisici o una corsa,nel breve tempo di un mese,riesco a perdere anche molti cm di circonferenza....

I decided to try this product to see if there would be a difference when I jogged and I have to say that I saw a huge difference. Sweat was poring off my belly while running for 15 mins.

Good product and smell really awesome. Product is a great aid before any workout, specially when it is used accompany with the sweet sweat belt. It would make sweat really good. Definitely I recommend this product. I would purchased it again . Thank you.
