Handy to have spare. They taste good and seem to be helping me lose weight. Easier than having to make a meal. Value for money have bought a few times also different tastes.

I love these, they are better than the slim fast power that you make up for your self. It smells and taste amazing. Buying these are definitely worth the money as I find them more expensive in a shop. There’s a lot of protein in these drinks which is great. I will be ordering more and different flavours soon

Ok for what they are, sticking to them seems a bit difficult, but that's open to personal choice.

I really like these shakes and they are helping me to lose weight. I have one for lunch during the week when at work and all going well. In order of preference when it comes to flavour is: strawberry, banana, cookies and cream, white chocolate and raspberry. The latter I found had an artificial taste. I haven’t tried the chocolate yet or the vanilla. Personally, I am now going to stick with strawberry and banana. Good luck.

Don't know about slimming any faster but they do taste lovely and a great substitute for breakfast on the go

Does what it says, high in natrual sugars even though it says sugar free, not recommended for diabetes. Has a bit of an artificial after taste
