Anyone have any experience about the power cord? Can you change it for a swedish one?

If you are refering to the DC cord, my one is a standard 5.5mm x 2.1mm DC plug which are the most common size at 12 volt, so almost any 12 volt supply with the same size chord will work, always check the polarity first.

What batteries do they need?

I think it's the NP-F550 = the old sony camera batteries.

Are they weatherproof? Waterproof?

Neither, but it only takes a transparent plastic bag to do it - you will also need to use something like sandbags to weight the light stand.
