HealthAid Interfresh - for Fresh Breath - Peppermint Oil - Bad Breath & Digestion Support - 60 Capsules

I love these things, even when you open the pouch you get a slight smell of mint which is really pleasant. The tablets are very small and really easy to swallow with a smooth surface. The first time I took them I did a little burp which smelt slightly minty so they definitely do something haha. I feel these give me peice of mind after having a meal or coffee that they will improve my breath and I feel they do, the price is also not bad. Would recommend.

Tried this product for a few months now, everything seemed okay and it really does provide. Fresher feeling from within, however that fresher feeling comes alongside little burping.? A month in of constant two a day use and the fresh feeling starts to wear thin, and the novelty begins to subside, fresher yes, 20 minutes burp.... Oooo menthol .... 30 oooo menthol.... You get the idea. After a while the menthol does give a little heartburn so I always recommend ensuring you have eaten also to prevent this... Recommended but don't expect to feel so good you're running through meadows on a hot sunny day... Birds tweeting and flowers blooming... :)

I clean my teeth several times a day and yet if I don't eat the acid from my stomach causes my breath to smell. I have tried several different products throughout the years to try and mask the problem like sprays, gum etc but none have worked. Well not until now. Interfresh really does the trick. You instantly feel they are working internally and they give you the confidence that your breath doesnt offend. Don't hesitate, buy them . You wont regret it . I'm going to buy in bulk from now on.

Work well, leaving the mouth fresh. I do think they are a little on the expensive side though.

Very handy to aid better digestion and takes away indigestion.. it's not the sole remedy for oral odours. But it has ingredients that helps. Very good mint flavour.

The best of a very limited choice of capsules. But far too expensive.

My usual digestion aid is out of stock, i stumbled across this and thought i would give it a go because as well as freshening breath ect it says it can help with that, so why not, prompt delivery , first day trying it , sorry if this is to much info for some, but I burped and it was minty, which not only did i find amusing but it means it must be doing something. Over time ill see how much it help with my digestion compared to my usual but atleast it does do the main thing advertised of making you fresh for sure :)

It works

I’m so impressed with these capsules. They really work well for me. They’re easy to swallow and they last about 4-5 hours. I still wear a mask sometimes, so I often smell my own breath. lol Unfortunately, sometimes when I don’t eat for a while, my breath is particularly foul, but these capsules clear that right up! What a lifesaver. I will definitely be buying more!

I must have these at all times, especially when I eat onions and garlic. It works great.

These breath mints are terrific. I work with preschoolers and one little girl said, “your breath smells so good. It smells like fresh cookies”. Ha ha, I took that as a compliment.

Adds some freshness to your breath but nothing major. Possibly as strong as a good mint gum.
