Worth the buy
Amazing, pricey for the size, but it’s even easier with the spray designer, it’s taste is very strong but you get used to it with it being sprayed onto your tongue, I’ve used it a few times and it’s good so far. By far the best relaxation technique for my anxiety.

Effective Formula
So after trying the pastilles for a little while, which I found to be moderately effective at best, I decided I'd invest in the spray formula to see if there was any difference. The spray, despite being a bit pricey does actually work in comparison to the pastilles. Thankfully, the spray is a fine mist so it'll last you quite some time before you consider repurchasing it. I will say that the spray does leave a weird taste in the mouth for a minute or two, but the effects of the medicine can last you hours. The effects do induce a sense of calmness without feeling "off" or dealing with some sort of unwanted side effect.
