Very Disappointed – Received a Used and Faulty GuitarI ordered this guitar expecting a brand-new instrument, but I received a used one in poor condition. It does not work properly – the sound quality is terrible, and there are visible signs of wear and damage. This is the worst experience I’ve had with a product from Amazon.Please replace it with a brand new, fully functional guitar as soon as possible. I trusted Amazon for quality, but this time it was very disappointing.
