Great for a snack or on a warm day where you just want a fast meal!
A bit awkward to use at first as the texture of these once putting in water is slightly difficult to work with. After the initial learning curve however, we are already filling these rolls with all sorts of vegetables and a few prawns every now and then, they are really light and low on the calorie intake.Great for a snack or on a warm day where you just want a fast meal!

Blue Dragon Spring Roll Wraps
The three key features of this product for me are:# They are gluten-free# They provide a low-carb solution for preparing easily transportable food for consumption at work or whilst traveling# They are, following a little practice, simple & quick to prepareWhat I've learned about their use is that neither the various instructional videos found online or the instructions on the pack provide in my opinion the best way to use them. What I do is:1. Half-fill a pan (like a wok) that has sufficient diameter that the spring rolls can me immersed without bending2. Keep the water warm, over a low heat3. Immerse one wrap, for no more than a few seconds4. Remove the wrap and place it onto a tea-towel (or similar) to remove excess moisture5. Flatten the wrap on a food preparation surface, arrange filling in a fat sausage shape, then roll it up, folding in the edgesThis method takes me about 30-40 seconds per wrap, and requires absolutely no sticking agent like cornflour or egg. The wraps will self-seal. They do remain slightly sticky to touch, but not so much that they cannot be easily eaten as finger food.Fillings vary as much as creativity allows, but some examples:# Mixed beans & spicy sauce (a dry mixture, not too much sauce)# Lentils, pine-nuts & pesto# Sliced peppers, egg-plant & cashew nuts

Good quality and very tasty - Perfect for Vietnamese fresh spring rolls
After Visting Vietnam we wanted to try and in some small way recreate some of the dishes we had there such as Nem Lui in Hue.. These "fresh" style spring rolls can just easily be rolled with any filling you want such as cooked meat, lettice, cucumber and dipped into a nice peanut sauce or sweet chilli dipping sauce. Can also be fried to make the sturdier cooked style spring rolls. Overall very happy and a good quality.

Don’t buy for duck or any other type pancake.
I would give these no stars! Awful. Followed instructions (on several wraps) to be left with an inedible “thing” that resembled a condom. Sorry to be graphic but there is no other way to explain it.Our Christmas Eve meal was ruined.

Practice makes perfect
Note: You need to soak these in warm water so they become pliable and they go semi-translucent. I bought these along with the Blue Dragon rice flour pancakes and are similar (just larger). Quite tasty if you 'nail' the cooking right but they take some practice before you get proficient and careful you don't overfill them!

Great value for money
I am coeliac and have not had a reaction using these. Makes lovely spring rolls, samosas and apple pie rolls in the air fryer. Super easy to use.

Excellent
Lots of fun creating different spring rolls. My trick is to hold the sheet under the tap briefly until each side is wet, then place on a plate. It will still be hardish but by the time you have put your ingredients on top it will have absorbed the water and you can roll it up as usual. I've tried dunking them in a bowl of water until soft as it says on the packet but once soft the paper sticks to itself and becomes much too difficult to handle..... for me anyway!

Do not follow instructions on packet or it fails, use your hand to dampen the wraps
Picture is the result of fiddling around with how to use the wraps the instructions don't bring much success. The product was Delivered on time , very pleased with the quality,I lost two packs listening to the instructions. Then I did it my own way, being Wheat and Gluten free both me and my sister are used to finding ways around problems with instructions. First of all we spread the rice wrap with water on my hand , then attached it to another wrap, using only one wrap made it flimsy, it looked like a cooked boiled vegitable sausage, After putting two pieces of wrap together , it worked great, then we put the filling in which was precooked and cooled , then we wrapped as shown via a Chinese spring roll recipe on You Tube. The first one I cooked didn't brown and looked and unapatising, although it tasted good. The second one my sister said to try and give it an egg wash, then I put it in the wock with hot oil in and it worked great. As you can see , They are crispy like the Chinese ones ,golden and tasted the same .We will definitely be ordering more in the future.

Great for Vietnamese spring rolls!
Fantastic quality, my wife has used them to make healthy Vietnamese spring rolls which are loaded and quite thick in diameter, yet these wrappers keep everything held together perfectly! Very nice texture as well.

I’d order more
Got them in perfect condition. They added boxes of wipes so they don’t break during the transportation. Top notch service. The size is medium for people who ask

Handle with care

Good Quality, but a Little Fragile
I’ve been using this rice paper for spring rolls, and overall, it’s great. The texture is nice, and it holds up well when wrapped around fillings. It’s easy to work with once you get the hang of soaking it, and the taste is mild, which lets the fillings shine. My only issue is that it’s a bit fragile and can tear easily if not handled carefully, especially when it’s freshly soaked. Still, it’s a solid choice, and I’ll definitely keep using it!
