HUGE difference in current draw and output!!!
Bought this item for a 2002 Toyota Echo. Adding these, my car is now completely LED inside and out. If you don't buy a name brand like super bright LEDs, you're not really sure what you're getting anymore. I bought these based on the reviews and pictures other people have shown for this product. The bulbs come packaged in a resealable bag, with foam sleeves on each one. I decided to test the drawn these bulbs against the stock incandescent reverse light bulbs. I used my DC CC/CV variable power supply, set at 12 volts, to see how much the bulbs would draw in comparison to one another. Here are my results:Incandescent stock lamp- 12v @ 1.735aLED replacement---------- 12v @ .630a, or 630 MILLIAMPS!!!That is a 1.1 amp difference for each bulb! The light is whiter, and three times as bright as the stock incandescent bulbs. The nice thing is, these bulbs combined draw the same amperage as my headlights. If I need light at the back of my vehicle now, all I have to do is turn the ignition on and put the car in reverse and there is plenty of light!

Worth every penny!
Ill have to say i was surprised by how bright these lights were. My windows are tinted in my car and the stock reverse bulbs just werent doing that good of a job, i couldnt see very well when i was backing up. Its literally like night and day between the stock bulb and this one.. (Battery in picture is for size comparison only)

Developed flickering after 2.5 Years
The media could not be loaded. Both brake lights are exhibiting banks of LEDs in the array flickering. This likely occurred in less that 2.5 years, but I don't spend a ton of time looking at my own brake lights and only recently had an opportunity to stand behind my car with the brake pedal depressed. Looking at my purchase history, standard incandescent brake lights lasted longer than this and were 40% cheaper. Other LED brake lights in older Subarus (I've got a 2011 Subaru Outback) result in a series of warning light son the dash without adding a load resistance, so I think I might be heading back to incandescent brake lights for my next set...

Dont waste your money on these!
The media could not be loaded. Horrible. Installed on 2011 Subaru outback brake lights1.) They were dimmer than my standard incandescent brake lights. Was not impressed whatsoever.2.) One didnt work out of the package. (Yes I tried to reverse the polarity) fortunately auxbeam gave me a replacement.3.) Started flashing after less than a year. These flashed and flickered so bad that when I backed into my driveway people thought there was an ambulance outside4.) Way longer than standard bulbs made it hard for me to install because I had a short wiring harness I'm my cars brake lights.5.) Really heavy in weight. When I hit a large pot hole they came loose in the socket and that seems really dangerous to me...Pros...1.) They light up faster than incandescent bulbs... but so do all led lightsI bought a pair of name brand sylvaina bulbs to try instead. They are alot lighter and have much more heat sinking to led cob ratio.

Actually Fits 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee
These actually fit the reverse lights in the turn signal housings on my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I ordered a different set from another manufacturer who claimed they fit a 7440 socket but they didn't as the base was too thick. These actually click all the way into the socket the way they should, and the length wasn't an issue in my Jeep. These are quite a bit brighter than the normal 7440 bulbs of course. I have tinted rear windows which makes more backup light important. These also put enough light on the ground that even the backup camera picture is improved as they tend to be grainy at night. As long as they prove durable I'm a happy with them.

Buy at your own risk….both died after 1.5 years of regular use.
These were a great bulb for when they worked. Both died at the same time just shy of 3 years.Installed back in May 2019 and am pretty disappointed with the short lifespan considering they claim 50k hours of usage. I barely drove the car in 2020 and the first half of 2021 so would expect them to have lasted longer than they did. Maybe it’s a defect of some kind and I am unlucky. Try at your own risk.Installed in a 2016 Honda Accord Sport

Amazing brightness!
These LEDs are incredibly bright. They’re like staring into two small suns. Way brighter than the factory incandescent bulbs I replaced. For reference, these fit on a 2013 Prius.

Nice running light, but longevity is pitiful. I no longer recommend.
These are bright and super white. Not the yellowish that are typical. I have installed for over 2 months now and no issues. They did NOT register with my MB Sprinter van, so the "light out" light is still on which is sad. Oh well, the lights look great.Update:Went from a 5 star review to a 1 Star all because of durability. They lasted almost exactly 4 months and 1 started flickering then went out completely.

Cheap
Cheaply made, broke 2 out of the four I ordered the metal connecters fell off and or the led metal came free from the plastic housing all together. Would not recommend.

Very bright
Came packaged nicely in protective styrofoam, easy to install and they are very bright. Only thing is they are a little big to fit in the reverse light socket in my mitsubishi lancer 2012 so they tend to fall out if I close the boot a bit too hard. Even though 7440 T20 is the correct sizing for my car...
