I have suffered for quite a while with vaginal dryness and soreness as I'm reaching the menopause, it was misery especially being constantly sore. This has been a life changer, I haven't had anymore issues since using this, and have it now on subscription.

Being a woman of advancing years I have tried sooo many different lubes, this is the best so far, it used to come in a tube with an applicator so after the initial use I could reduce the amount I put in the applicator, however, it now comes in pre measured individual applicators which works out quite expensive for just 6 of them, hence only 5 stars.I suppose it's cleaner but not exactly reducing plastic wasteage.

This is the best product for atrophy and dryness. It’s soothing, easy to apply and hygienic. Each applicator is individually wrapped. Did not cause any irritation at all and I have ultra sensitive skin. I’ve tried various other products beforehand, but this is by far the best.

I had been using Replens for a while as I have significant side effects from medication that I take following cancer treatment. The side effects cause real hardship in terms of actual pain, it's not just a bit of dryness / discomfort, it's severe pain that affects my quality of life and sleep. I used to buy the 35g tube with applicator that looks a bit like a syringe and found that easy to use and the product itself was quite effective. However, for some reason I have not been able to get hold of that tube for about a year so I tried these and they are awful. I just cannot get the product to come out of the applicator and go where it is needed. It just stays in the applicator no matter how much I shake it (as per instructions) and no matter how hard I squeeze. I have tried numerous other brands but none of them work for me meaning that I am just wasting money trying to find (through trial and error) something that works for me. I am in despair and really don't know what I am going to do.
