Acoustic Foam PUSKIN 50 Adhesive

Needing to cut the noise level from a room in my house, i purchased just one unit as a test of it’s effectiveness. The results were very positive, and I plan to invest in more units in the near future.

I used these adhesive foam blocks to cover my door entirely in order to prevent my dog's barking from reaching the outside. So far I have noticed a significant reduction in the noise that reaches the corridor outside my flat. I am very happy with the product so far. Easy to cut to the size I needed it and it sticks on the wooden door very easily.

These really work well for sound proofing on the cheap. I have created a "plug" for my window to try to keep out noise and it makes a significant difference. I can now actually sleep without getting woken up!
